We stayed in this hotel for two nights in mid-September. It is seven storeys high with 107 rooms but copes adequately. We arrived in Reggio-Emilia by train and took a taxi from the central station. The walk to the hotel with luggage would be difficult. Taxis have fixed fares even if arriving at the AV Station which is much further out of town. There is open and undercover parking some of which is free. It is situated on the edge of town and to reach the city centre is no more than a 10 minute stroll. Access for guests with mobilty issues is no problem. Reception is a generous space with three distinct public soft seating areas, however the reception acts as a foyer to the meeting rooms and therefore there is traffic through the space. It is however, very comfortable. If - in certain aspects - having an old fashioned feel. The bar and breakfast room are accessed from reception. The restaurant, which we did not use, is at the far end of reception from the regular entry point but does have a street entry for non guests. The breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast was the usual continental fare with some hot options and a fabulous toaster! The bar was OK, but not particularly large. Bar snacks were available and were both good value and a good size. All staff were helpful and most had good English. Our room was on the fourth floor and was generously sized with a small balcony overlooking the park. Housekeeping was proficient and we experienced very little noise from within the hotel. There was some noise from outside the hotel but very little given that one side of the hotel is adjacent to a fairly busy road. We did however have problems understanding and enabling the aircon. It did work, but more by luck than our understanding! The bathroom was four piece with a large walk-in shower. The shower tray was not non-slip and the delivery temperature of the water was hard to control. Everything was clean and toiletries were adequate - nothing exceptional. All-in-all the hotel provided a good location, good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Budget hotel of the homogeneous chain comfortable for the industrial area of Reggio Emilia and, however, a short distance from the city centre. Rooms are OK even if they need a refreshing, comfortable bed and - despite pa location - well soundproofed building. If it wasn't for a breakfast to be completely forgotten with the staff of the “fantasma” room, it could also have earned four balls according to the quality/price ratio. Good for short stays. P.S. bathrooms are only thought to destroy and they are really uncomfortable for guys like me

It is a real pity that I arrived very late and only spent a night at this hotel before departing for work. The location is perfect. The hotel itself seems to be very charming, even romantic. The room is very spacious. The bed could have been better - a bit too hard, even for one who likes it on the harder side. It was also a bit noisy and I could not quite make out whether it was coming from the street or from the corridor. The breakfast was ok - not too little and not too much. Just make sure to boil the eggs, as they are served fresh (something that I realized a bit too late). Nice place!

Hotel ben posizionato, vicino la stazione ferroviaria dell'alta velocità. L'esterno non sembra quello di un hotel ma poco importa. La camera è grande, così come il letto molto comodo. Tuttavia è impossibile spegnere l'aria che va avanti ad intermittenza, anche la notte e per chi, come me, ha il sonno leggero può disturbare il riposo notturno. La colazione è abbondante e buona ma alcuni prodotti finiscono subito: inizia alle 8 e termina alle 10, sono arrivato alle 9 e non c'erano più i cornetti con la crema; alla mia richiesta di averne uno mi è stato detto che erano terminati. Da migliorare.

Amazing place, amazing people. Everything was perfect. Very nice pool area, very nice room with really good beds. Very clean. And when our car would not start, the owner helped us immidiately! Don’t walk, Run to La Razza. You Will not regret it!

Prenotiamo una camera per una notte , arriviamo alle 14:00 e ci consegnano la camera e la troviamo ancora da pulire …transeat …può succedere ma non in un quattro stelle …quando al nostro ritorno entriamo finalmente in camera apriamo la finestra per un po’. D aria e invece ci ritroviamo la puzza di pesce fritto del ristorante cinese accanto …transeat …nel bagno muffa ai bordi della vasca …incrostazione nel sifone ben visibile del lavandino del bagno ….transeat ….L indomani mattina scendiamo per colazione ,ed essendo la saletta piena e a dire il vero piccola per un hotel con questi numeri ,ci viene detto con arroganza di metterci a turno .beh conclusione di quattro stelle non ha nulla ,colazione regalata da parte nostra da non tornarci sicuramente

The hotel is very comfortable and has a very nice garden, and it is very nice to make the renovation of the building. The rooms are clean and have a new furnishing , spacious bathroom and a very large shower. The restaurant I did not try it except breakfast that is a decrease varies between sweets and salts. A little product from the territory is missing and if you are included in the breakfast menu, given the high quality of local salses and cheeses, they could sell it in a missing indoor shop. The back part should also be restructured because the windows are not the most. We are very close to the airport but not trafficking, and we do not feel any night flights, a little away from the city centre, so it is not easy for anyone to visit Parma.
