第一次帶孩子來這裏，感覺非常的好，管家jayne很熱情的為我們介紹了酒店的各項活動和時間👍孩子玩得很開心，第二天還託管了半天，酒店環境很棒，在湖邊散步也很安逸。下次我們還會再來的。

酒店設施不錯！但服務除了餐廳和管家！其它人員明顯跟不上.餐廳帶藍牙耳機1.8以上的帥哥服務不錯！前台管家Cling不錯！週末啊五點小童樂園就關門了！主打一個服務人員全都消失！

房間很好，服務也很好，酒店內活動很多，也可以託管，小朋友玩的很開心。管家cling很貼心，每天都會發提醒，有問題也會及時解決。酒店位置比較偏僻，購物等不方便，餐飲衹能在酒店解決，可選擇範圍不大，帶小朋友的話建議自帶零食。

管家Jayne很nice，遇到問題也積極溝通解決，給小朋友送的禮物小朋友很喜歡，房間安排也不錯，幫我們同行的人房間安排在一起
接下來説説對酒店的印象，房間吹風很喜歡；摘菜活動挺好玩；水樂園不錯，雖然不大，但是挺暖和也有很多水上滑梯；家庭空間小朋友也很喜歡；晚上的綜藝秀和派對活動氛圍很high，工作人員也很辛苦；
但是一定要吐槽的是酒店早餐，早上九點左右去吃早飯，沒有什麼吃的，90%以上空盤，現做的攤位排長隊，最後補了麪包，我們靠麪包➕牛奶吃飽了早餐

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店的整體體驗超出預期！房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格時尚，衞生條件非常好。GO管家段坤迪、禮賓部伍林、蘇操，服務特別貼心，幫忙推薦了附近的景點和美食。酒店的健身房和泳池也很棒，設施很新。以後有機會一定再來！
