The atmosphere and ambience at the spa are amazing. Great spa section at this hotel. I had an amazing full body massage from a masseuse named Aggelos. Worth every penny in my opinion and would definitely do it again. Staff were professional and friendly, felt very comfortable throughout the experience.

Sofia and Asselor made us feel very comfortable, Sofia gave me a full body massage and it was amazing, definitely recommend, the room was very calming and intimate which made me and my partner feel very special, discounted price and free spa day for the full day

Very good hotel for staying at with family, however could be improved by a little bit. Me and my family stayed in a sea view room for three people. The beds were very comfortable but due to the green and red flashing lights above the doorway it made it hard to get to sleep. In the room they only supplied us with two dressing gowns, two mugs, and two slippers, however there were three of us. The facilities were a nice complement to our stay, including a variety of different pools, a swim up bar, a gym and a spa. The meals were great however when you get guided to your table the staff don’t ask you straight away what you would like to drink. If you don’t like eating in the cold bad luck because most of the places to sit and eat get a mild breeze coming from outside. Me and my mum got a massage which was really nice! All together I would definitely recommend going to Rhodes bay hotel and spa!

Great experience with a haircut done by a lovely hairdresser, Seva. Professional, knowledgeable and skillfull! 😊 Very happy with my new hair and would definitely recommend their services! Also, very hospitable and friendly staff! :).

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Rhodes Bay Hotel & Spa. Vooral de pool bar beneden bij het zwembad willen wij extra benoemen. De service van het personeel bij de pool bar is echt perfect, en al het eten en drinken is ook echt heerlijk. Vooral Giorgos heeft echt onze vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt, zonder hem zou dit hotel een stuk minder leuk zijn. Dankjewel Giorgos!

We booked this hotel as it was near to Rhodes old town which we love. On arrival we were greeted at reception and then told how to get to our room. Nobody offered to take our luggage. Lifts and corridors are dated with the most awful carpet - condition and pattern! The room was ok but small and the bathroom was the smallest I ever had in a hotel, also quite dated with a shower over the bath. Had to open the bathroom door and go round it to get to the toilet. We booked a sea view room and when opening the curtains and going onto the balcony we could indeed see the sea. However, our immediate view was of flat roofs one of these buildings obviously houses a generator and the motor from this rumbles away day and night and almost (but not quite) drowns out the noise from the very busy road that separates the hotel from the extremely average beach. The bar area on the top floor is fairly pleasant inside bur the outdoor area which could be lovely is so dark that we had to use our phone torch. Breakfast was good with a nice terrace area. The town is basically a ***** of very average restaurants which face onto afore mentioned busy main road. The pool area is scruffy with very basic sun beds which are close together and grass that needs cutting. To get a beach towel is about a ten minute journey from the room to the spa area. The spa looks to be the most luxurious part of the hotel. We travel regularly and fail to see how this hotel in any way meets the criteria for a 5 star. We were so disappointed we booked out after 2 nights ( big decision) and went to a hotel in Lindos - turned out to be the best decision we have ever made!

We visited here last week. On arrival we were escorted to our room. We stayed in bungalow 21. The room itself was not 5* and the hotel is in need of some repairs to the tiling and bungalow we stayed in could do with a refurbishment. However, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the service was excellent. The room was private and we like the fact we were away from the main hotel. The bungalows are on the 11th floor and are right by one of the pools. This makes it great to get a sunbed early although there was no problem getting one. The pool downstairs has an adults only section and the further pool is in the courtyard of the spa so you have plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and not rude. They gave quite good advice and saved us money advising us the butterfly valley wouldn't have a lot of butterflies (unlike the jet2 advisor who said to get a taxi) The road outside the hotel to the beach is extremely busy however there is a tunnel to the right of the lower pool providing easy access to the private beach. The hotel always smelt welcoming and there are some amazing features such as a waterfall in a courtyard. Spa was nice although saunas were not on and the changing facilities such as showers were a bit grim in the locker areas Taxis are easy to get and cheap costing 13 euros one way into old town. If you walk left approximately 30 mins there is a lidl this is where we got a supply of drinks etc for our trip Sebastians bar and a Chinese to the left were also excellent 👌 The hotel is quite expensive and food choice is limited so we only ate there a few times. Breakfast selection is good 👍 with large variety Great location too fairly central to get everything If you want to visit symi or lindos go to the marina near Old Town and haggle with the people there!!

Nous avons réservé ce voyage à Rhodes et dans cet hôtel pour nos 35 ans de mariage. Nous avions réservé une suite duplex avec une magnifique terrasse vue sur les piscines et la mer. Notre séjour s'est super bien passé malgré l'absence d'anglais de notre part. Nous avons malgré tout pu nous faire comprendre. La réceptionniste Audrey, une belge, s'est super bien occupée de nous ainsi que la dame de Luxair qui nous a bien expliqué les excursions et surtout Eva, notre guide qui parlait un français sans fautes. Nous avons profité de la formule YOU avec notre réservation qui nous a permis de profiter du lounge à Luxembourg, de réductions pour les excursions, des réductions pour 2 restaurants de l'hôtel (nous avons été très déçus par l'un des deux. Personnel très froid), réduction pour un soin pour notre couple (soins très chers). Le restaurant de l'hôtel était très bien (nous avions une pension complète). Le personnel du restaurant était vraiment très agréable, très souriant et très à l'écoute. Hôtel à recommander.
