This hotel is neither newly renovated nor 4*. Please don’t go to this hotel if you want have a great holiday. This hotel is always overbooked and they send you to the accommodation which cannot be marked as hotel. And if you refused this possibility, you can sleep on the reception because only they can say is: “I’m so sorry I cannot do anything else for you.” Of course the manager does not have a time to come so if you don’t want to sleep on the floor you have to accept this solution. In this hotel the services are the worst I have ever experienced in the world. Small variety of food, no cleaning, you cannot use the pool after 18:00. In all inclusive they don’t provide a bottle of water (just small one when you arrived). We find a coackroach in our room and nobody come to clean it. They offer a pool towel for extra charge but when you ask for them, they don’t have it. This is just for illustration what you can expect here. If this was my first visit to Greece I would definitely say that never again but fortunately this was my third Greek experience and I have to say that not every hotel is like this one.

We bought our vacation in February. We chose this hotel partly because the sea is about 200 meters away. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they didn't have a room for us and wanted to move us to a hotel 1.5 km from the sea, without all-inclusive, and with one less star. We spent 3 hours sitting at the reception, where we were first told that there was no electricity in our rooms. After 3 hours of waiting, the general manager came and said that there were no rooms available for us because they were overbooked. In short, they sell one room 2-3 times and then move people around to different hotels. Every second group we met during our vacation had this problem. In the end, we had to take accommodation in Evita Alegria for 3 nights (3* hotel 1.5 km from the beach) because the general manager basically said that if we didn't take it, we would be left on the street. We returned to Evita Elite after three days. Regarding the food, I have never eaten worse food in my life. Undercooked meat, practically raw. All week there was no other side dish than fries; you don't even know what you are taking because it looks odd, and there are no labels. I saw with my own eyes how the chef, instead of refilling the dressing because it was gone, filled it with water from the machine, poured it into the dressing, and diluted it, so it was just colored water. If you don’t arrive among the first for dinner, you have less food to choose from because many things are not replenished. The terrace by the bar is inadequate for the number of guests. If you don't arrive early, you have nowhere to sit. Since Evita Elite has a children's animation program, guests from Evita Mare also come, and you have no choice but to stand by the bar (if there is even space), because if you want to take a chair from the dining room, they don't allow it. When we left the hotel, we paid the stay tax for all 12 days as if we were staying in a 4* hotel. Unfortunately, we only realized afterward that we had been accommodated in a 3* hotel for 3 days, so we should have paid less. I recommend avoiding accommodation in any of the Evita hotels (Elite, Mare, Resort...).

NEVER AGAIN! Please...don't go there if you don't want your holiday ruined! You won't get what you paid for. It's a theft of money that you will never get back. We paid for Evita Elite and were sent to Evita Alegria, which is 1.5 km from the beach (we paid for 200 meters from the beach) and is a lower-class hotel. The replacement hotel didn't have All Inclusive, nor a closet in the room, a glass, a chair, or an ashtray. SHAMEFUL! After three days, we moved back to Evita Elite where we found out that many people had the same problems as we did, because the hotel is simply overbooked (they sell rooms 2-3 times and then move people between hotels). The food was good enough just to give you stomach problems. What wasn't eaten for lunch at one hotel was brought for dinner at another and vice versa. The travel agency Solvex didn't help us at all. The delegate is there just to transport people from the airport. If you call the headquarters, they will tell you that they are going to solve it (they are probably still solving it). So if you're traveling to Rhodes, avoid the hotels Evita Elite, Evita Mare, Evita Resort, and Evita Alegria.

After a long flight, we finally arrived at the hotel in the evening, only to face an unpleasant surprise. The rooms we had booked back in February were not available. Without any prior notice, we were informed that a car would pick us up and take us to a different hotel. This alternate hotel was 1 km away from ours and 1.2 km from the beach. Moreover, the substitute hotel had only 3 stars, so it was a lower category. It didn't even have All-Inclusive service, nor closets in the rooms, and many other promised amenities that we had paid for were missing. Simply put, we were cheated and deceived. (We paid for a hotel 200 meters from the beach with All-Inclusive service). Yes, we could go eat at the Evita hotel, but the last thing you want on a vacation is to wake up and walk 1 km just for breakfast. After we refused to go to the other hotel, a manager showed up 3 hours later and offered us cars for 2 days as compensation. If we had refused, we would have ended up sleeping on the street. This hotel is overbooked and relocates people as they see fit. After 3 days, we were finally able to move into the hotel we had originally paid for (there’s nothing better than moving from place to place during your vacation). By the way, we met about 3 other families who experienced the same thing, so don’t think this is an isolated incident at this hotel. The All-Inclusive was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The offered meat didn’t even look appetizing, appearing as if it had been sitting there for a week. We’re not picky, but in this hotel, it was really hard to choose something to eat. It’s clear that the hotel’s only concern is to maximize their profit, and we’re just numbers to them. So, if you don’t want to ruin a vacation you’ve been looking forward to all year, avoid this hotel at all costs.

We were moved to this hotel because our original Evita hotel had been double booked. The bar staff and the cleaners were very good and helpful. This hotel is not fully finished and it is badly organised. The elderly man who is the chef was verbally abusive and aggressive. His staff told us he treats them badly too and the management don’t listen to their complaints about him. The manager of the neighbouring Evita Mare was very helpful but I would not recommend staying at the Evita Elite.

It shows that it is a 4-star hotel, but in reality it is not even a 1-star hotel. The conditions are terrible, the bathrooms are dirty. Every evening the shower water was cold. There were small flies and cockroaches everywhere. I don't recommend it. The only best thing was the location, it was near the beach.

This is not at all a 4 star hotel. Don’t spent you money here if you want to rest on a holiday. 1. When we arrived at the hotel they sent us to another hotel for the first night. We were not the first ones they did this. It seemed as a routine as we also met other people at the hotel who said the same story. The hotel they sent us was 15 minutes walk further from the beach and classified as a 3 star hotel. With this being said we lost 24 hours of our trip to Rhodes because of hotel management. No compensation was offered and when we asked they said why we didn’t ask earlier. 2. My wife forgot her Shirt at the hotel we were sent the first night. When we asked to have it back they said we have to go and pick it up ourself. This is horrible service. 3. They will not clean your room, bring clean bed lines or towels. I asked for them to be changed twice during our stay for almost one week. First time the reception said they will pass the message to the cleaning team. They had not passed it as I went and asked them personally to clean our room and bring clean towels. Second time we left the hotel at 9 to go to the beach, and came back at 3:30. They told us they would clean the room but didn’t. We had to wait 45 more min for the reception to pass the message to the cleaning people and get in our room and clean it. The managers excuse was that they clean rooms until 8pm and it was not our turn yet and they only clean a room once in three days. 4. Tiny bathrooms. The bathroom was about 1.6 meters with 1.6 meters. Sink was very small, just for two hands. No door for the shower cabin. The bathroom would get flooded in one shower. 5. Bugs and ants everywhere especially in the bathroom. We had to kill some everyday. 6. A 4 star hotel with mold in walls. Check the pictures below. 7. Food was poor. We spent more money eating outside. I come from another country who is a top destination in Europe and this hotel would never qualify as a 4 star hotel. Max it would qualify as a Motel or Inn that has a pool outside and offers food. All I am saying is based on my experience with Evita Elite.

This is a very honest review! (There from 21st to 31st August 2023) We were put in this hotel as the one we booked into had overbooked. The reception and restaurant staff are fabulous. Very helpful and always happy to help. It is very well situated for the beach and Faliraki. We were here with family, our son, his partner and there young son. The rooms are totally inadequate! Incredibly small, no wardrobe and just 2 small drawers. The fridge was between the double and single beds, in front of the bedside shelf, this went off when you left the room with your key card!! To say it was in the way is an understatement. We couldn't open the curtain because the single bed was tight against it and there wasn't room to move it out a bit because of the fridge!! There is nowhere to put suitcases, and as there are no wardrobes you are having to live out of them. The bathroom......if you sit on the toilet your knees are under the sink! Sit sideways and you are touching the shower! The shower is very small and was not very clean, soap scum and mould around the door. There is also no ventilation which, for such a small space is definitely needed. We were there for 10 nights and housekeeping came to the room three times!! One of those we had to ask for. Food was not that brilliant, consequently even though we had paid all inclusive we ate out a lot. As there were a lot of children it would have helped if they had a children's menu. There are no fire exit signs or procedures, and the door that leads to the fire escape ladders was locked!! We only saw one fire extinguisher and that was in reception. Not a lot of help when there are 3 floors! There are no safety deposit boxes. We looked on their website and a lot of the things that were missing were said to be available. We were really disappointed with the whole experience and it certainly put a damper on our holiday.
