Nice and clean hotel. Beach is not the best, but definitely a plus to have one. Breakfast is great Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

So me and my brother flew in from England and stayed the week here, I booked before I looked at reviews then when I saw them i obviously panicked and thought it was gonna be a sh*T show, thankfully it was way better than expected. Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

The hotel is well-located, just about 5 minutes from the beach (northeast side of the island). The rooms are a bit outdated and the bathroom is small, but they are adequate for a vacation. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job, cleaning the room daily as if it were the first time we were entering. The reception staff is friendly, though we had issues with our room key card, which failed to work 5 times over 8 days. The main issue was with the woman who checks room numbers at breakfast; she was very unkind and did not allow us to take two sandwiches from breakfast, despite us needing food for a day at remote beaches where we couldn't buy any. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We did a 10 night stay here at lindos white. We stayed in one of the executive suites with a pool which may I add is HUGE. There was guaranteed privacy in the room which we loved. The fridge was filled with bottled water, beer, fizzy pop (similar to Fanta) and Pepsi and was never left empty as soon as one bottle had gone it was refilled. The bed was comfortable and bigger than a double. Air con was great as temperatures reached 31 degrees some days. The staff were always helpful whenever we needed to ask a question and they order the taxis for you which turn up in 5 minutes. The buffet food was really nice always something to choose from lots of choice and the grated cheese was *chefs kiss* we need to know what cheese that is please. The staff work so hard and always make sure they take away plates promptly and always made sure you had a drink to hand. We loved seeing all the resident cats/kittens too brought us so much joy to see that the staff feed them. We took a day trip out to lindos town close to St Paul's bay which is so beautiful like something off of a movie. The taxi cost €14 there and €10 for the trip back but, there is also a bus you can take just at the entrance of the adjacent hotel if you wish - this hotel also has the mini market just the the side if you need to get any snacks or in our case an adapter plug (we forgot ours). To the room you can take the cable car and two lifts but there is stairs if you want to walk there. The hotel has 2 pools and although we had our own each time we passed there always seemed to be sun beds so no issues getting a bed. The crepes were to die for I visited there multiple times they were so fresh and yummy. The beach is literally just on the doorstep and if you have an executive suite you get the sun beds for free there’s also a bar on the beach. The area surrounding the hotel is very quiet so if you wanted to eat out or visit different areas a taxi is required. There is entertainment on in the evening 3/4 nights I think and also day activities like aqua aerobics. At the white pool bar you can get snacks in the day like toasties and chips there’s also ice cream which you can help yourself to. Beach/pool towels are free and you can change them every 2 days at reception. You can also rent a car just outside the hotel and the parking is free onsite. There is lots of accessibility access if you required that too which is great as the hotel has multiple levels which if you visit you’ll see. The TV in the room is on a bracket so you can adjust it and also comes with some apps which you can watch films, TV or YouTube. There’s plenty of storage space for clothes and the option to have laundry done at an additional cost. The bathroom came with extra items like a shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, a sewing kit, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is also a hairdryer which is powerful. From the moment we arrived and walked into the elegant lobby, we felt immediately at home and relaxed, the feeling you immediately get when you know you are going to have a fantastic holiday. Everything about the hotel is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, demonstrated by the fact that talking to some of the bar and pool staff, ‘customer comes first’ is clearly the primary consideration here. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout, absolutely spotless. Everything has been well thought through, plenty of space between sunbeds, no early get up needed for a Sunbed which are available all day long, numerous bars and places to eat during the day which means you don’t get due up with the main restaurant. Al has served us impeccably all week serving us drinks around the pool, as soon as we arrive each morning we are immediately given bottled water and waited on all day long with whatever drinks we wanted, he must walk miles each day and his service has been wonderful. The gym is of good standard, highly equipped which is rare in other hotels. We had Cretan massage and pedicure, both were excellent. Food choices and drinks are extremely good, there is nothing you would go without. All in all, we have loved staying here, it’s our 1st visit to Rhodes, we have been to many Greek islands, but we have loved it here and when we come back we will 100% book here again or another H Hotels location for sure.
