The blinds of my room not covering outside sun completely and so bright by 6:30 sunrise unable to sleep. No AC & No TV in the room, my room facing East sun heated up so hot quickly. Camera watching my room door! That’s why not able to open door to let hot air out from my room :( Also next night when I returned to Joys Hotel at 10:30pm, the front door lock changed code without telling me. Could Not get back it. By the exit door was a washroom thought I could use on my way out but Joy the manager watching me all this time & called me immediately not to use exit door washroom. Big brother style :( Overall very quiet area & clean room but couldn’t enjoy much due to too hot, No TV & lack of privacy :(

We stayed for over a week at the location. It's a house with 4 to 5 bedrooms with individual toilets. It's clean and good value for its service. The hotel owner can be reachable over wechat and is very helpful. The location is not close to public transportation (5-minute walk to the bus station), making not too suitable for travelers with car. Overall, it was a cozy stay and highly recommended.

Nice and clean room with ensuite toilet. However, there is no heater. Stayed 4 nights and no towels changed. Overall, it is value for money.

The house is very clean. This is the photo I took when I checked out. The bed squeaked a little, probably because of the iron frame. There was no odor. The weather forecast for Vancouver was about 16 degrees, so there was no need to turn on the air conditioner. I remember that the room I stayed in did not have air conditioning. I will book a room next time if I have the chance!

This hotel is actually a private villa🏡. The landlord can speak Chinese. When we went there, no one was there and we didn't receive any emails. Later, we called the landlord and got the password to enter. The room is relatively large and clean. There is a washing machine and dryer. The surrounding environment is very good, and many Chinese people live there. The only drawback is that the iron bed squeaks when sleeping.

The room is big, the transportation is OK, you need a car, it's useless without a car, the surrounding is very quiet, but the food is far away, you still have to drive, Chinese people drive, Chinese service, you can also pick up from the airport

The B&B is an old-style British and American building with unique features. The sanitation and bedding are very clean. The location is relatively remote, so it is a good choice if you have a car. If you have time to stay here for a few days in a row and taste the flavor of an old British and American house, it is also a good choice!

I have to give a bad review. This hotel is called the airport and the taxi cost 27 Canadian dollars. With this money, you can definitely stay in a good place. In addition, the so-called hotel is actually an abandoned villa, not even a B&B. It was dark everywhere when I arrived. They dare to charge 1100 for this, which is really a scam. The hotel is located in the south of the airport, surrounded by residential areas, and the transportation is extremely inconvenient. The city center is in the north, and most of the sightseeing is also in the north. You must think twice before booking.

It's beyond my expectation! I will stay here every time I come to Vancouver! It's very clean and the facilities are very complete. As soon as I entered the room, I knew it was a professional hotel that had been in business for a long time👍👍

This is a room in a big house with a separate bathroom, microwave and kettle. It is very clean and comfortable. We bought bread, ham, fruit, etc. in the supermarket and put them in the refrigerator in the kitchen to make breakfast in the morning. It is very cost-effective.

The address on Trip.com was different from the address given by the hotel, so it took a while to arrive. I was told that the check-in details email would arrive two days before, but after pushing, it finally arrived one day before. This email contains important information such as entering through the side door using a PIN number and being able to leave your luggage at the laundry, so I wish they would have contacted me earlier. The room was very clean and I was satisfied with the stay itself.

The room is on the second floor. The overall feeling is pretty good. The room is clean. The shower water is big. The bed is good but a little noisy. The kitchen has a microwave and a refrigerator. You can stand and rest in the backyard. It's not bad.

This time I came with my family. At first, I felt that it was not the kind of hotel written in the book. I was a little disappointed that one of the rooms had a bathroom outside. But after staying for two days, it felt quite quiet and clean. It was still very good. You can use the microwave, but you can't cook. I didn't find any food for sale outside.

We are all seventy-three years old and cannot adapt to the service of this kind of self-service hotel. It makes people feel that there is no service. We don’t know how to use the small appliances in the room and have nowhere to ask for help. We don’t even dare to go out at night. The silence makes People are afraid.
