"The location is very convenient, with many Chinese restaurants nearby, and across the street is T&T Supermarket, the largest Asian supermarket. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, but the facilities were basic; they didn't even provide slippers. Although the front desk downstairs offers 24-hour service, they often don't answer the phone, and their attitude is quite poor and dismissive. I booked a shuttle service to the airport and waited in the lobby, but no one informed me when the car arrived, so I missed my scheduled shuttle and had to wait another half hour for the next one."

"A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of Casino. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown. There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened."

"Good to arrive late and was given a loft. Cosy and sweet in an old hotel. Close to the airport and the price made it none to beat."

"Pretty good, actually! The hotel bed was super comfy, and I had a great 3-day stay here. Initially, the sheets weren't clean, and the staff mentioned no one had changed them. But at least they brought me new sheets, even though I had to change them myself. Still, it was okay, and the rest of the hygiene was pretty good. Didn't have breakfast here, so can't comment on that. But we successfully grabbed breakfast at T&T Supermarket, saving our stomachs!"

"Right away you can tell it is not a chain hotel.  Super friendly staff,  very thoughtful.  Stayed there after my wife and I tied the knot.  They left a handwritten note and a nice tray of snacks in our room.  The parking would be inconvenient for some travellers with a pickup or suv with a storage box up top.  Our Chrysler Pacifica with Thule box barely fit in the buildings parking.  Valet parking is a nice option as well.  Overall great stay. Wish we got more time to enjoy the rooftop pool."

"Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy. The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water. Staff at the front desk was courteous. I think parking should have been included."

"This Faremont is located inside the airport, at the departure level between the domestic and international terminals. The bathroom is very well designed and equipped with a bathtub, shower area, and separate toilet. The mattress well supported my back, and we had a sounded evening. The window view is the runway. We can see the plane taking off and landing. We enjoy staying this hotel so much"

"The room was very clean; though it showed its age, it was impeccably maintained. The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member, which made us feel right at home and communication a breeze. The free hotel shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby; the closest, Yun Zhi Nan, is less than 100 meters away and serves absolutely delicious food. The park behind the hotel was a lovely spot, where I even saw ducks in the morning. Just a 10-minute walk away is a famous shopping mall, perfect for a shopping spree. Its second floor is a fantastic food court, offering a wide array of international dishes. After leaving for the airport, I realized I had forgotten a bag of clothes. I called the hotel, and they went above and beyond, finding it and holding it until my friend could pick it up. Such thoughtful service! It truly put a perfect end to my Canada trip."

"I got a very great stay for 5nights at Accent Inns Vancouver Airports Hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is not like some bad comment on the google review or any other hotel apps, it was super clean and the bed and pillow is so comfortable which make me have a very good sleep every single night without waking up. And there is airport shuttle which make me save on Uber, besides there is a bus stop walk for 4min, and nearby have McDonald, 10min walking distance to A&W, and the hotel have great great coffee, hot chocolate, and tea serve for 24hour🤭"

"Close to airport with shuttle service. Convenient location with restaurants, supermarket and mall etc. Managed to check in less than one hr earlier. High floor arranged as we stayed three nights. Reception helped to provide map n call taxi. Room cleaning and lighting can be further improved."
