Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport Reviews

The system glitched and booked the wrong night, even though I spoke directly with reception about airport pick up, and put the date and time of airport pick up in the notes, and because I was on a plane, over the Atlantic on the incorrect date, the hotel charged me as a no show and would not amend the date. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!

Very big room for single trip, the price is acceptable for one night

Room was freshly renovated, all was very clean. The bath tub did not drain very well. The restaurant downstairs had great food and hockey. Easily the best value for your dollar near the airport. This is my new regular place.

It was a bad experience. The front desk didn’t have manners at all.

Great location to find for meal and mall within 5-10 mins by walk. Frequent shuttle service to the airport in every 30 mins and take 10 mins to the airport. Price is reasonable. We stay here twice when we stop by Vancouver and will stay again next trip for sure.

Clean and helpful

The room facilities are good and there is a free airport shuttle. There is a big Mall about 10 minutes' walk away. The breakfast was rich and tasted great. It was very peaceful to sleep at night.
