Best Pet friendly Hotels in Richmond

Easy comfortable wonderful service best location for traveling I always stay when I am travelling via Yvr only complaint no full length mirror in room can’t fault this hotel.

Our stay was only for one night before taking an international flight. The hotel was an amazing place to get a good rest before travel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with an incredible bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby and the local night market and outlet mall are within walking distance. The airport is just a quick 5 minute drive from the front doors. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before travel.

i enjoyed the hotel resort..Conveniently located in Richmond...Easily accessible to everything. Preferable to have a car. Sky train was avail , but we had our own vehicle. Resort fees includes the parking which is good compared to other hotels nearby that charges $50/night for parking. I definitely would recommend to stay here. Room sizes are large, good entertainment.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room service meals were delicious and promptly delivered. The bed and linens were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch. The staff was quick and helpful in resolving any issues. The airport shuttle service was punctual and convenient, making travel easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!

There is complimentary shuttle service to Vancouver Airport in intervals of 30min - 6:30am, 7am and so on. Highly suggest that you make the booking at reception during check-in. Self-serve free flow coffee/tea/hot water at Level 1 lift lobby. Ice available at the ice vending machine near the lift of guests’ level. However, there is no kettle in the room and they gave us only 1 bottled water which wasn’t enough for the 2 of us. Toothbrush was given at the reception during check-in. Breakfast starts at 6am.

It's suitable for business trips. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is pretty good. It has a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's right next to the Richmond Center, shopping malls, skytrain stations, and parks. If you want to rent a car, park at the entrance of the garage first. Temporary parking (check in) is on the first floor. After checking in, you can park on the second, third and fifth floors. You can directly open the door from the garage floor with your room card to enter the second, third and fifth floors of the hotel, and then swipe your card as the check-in floor.

Not bad, half an hour airport shuttle, the front desk communication is nice, the room is equipped with disposable amenity (of course there are no slippers and toothbrushes). This price is very good, suitable for a short stay

First room given to me smells cigarette and smells really bad. I requested thru phone if there is another room available but then refused as they do not have any vacancies. I approach lobby the check in service lady gladly given us alternative room way better than the first one we've got. Location wise is close proximity YVR and shuttle guy is really nice.

The location is very convenient, there are restaurants all around. It's also close to the airport and easy to manage time. In addition to the soft bed, the equipment in the room is also good.
