Convenient. Cold in winter though duvet is ok. Shower takes a while to get hot.

For the price it’s what you would expected, although the room was very noisy with traffic, the bed was super uncomfortable and my door did not lock, would recommend paying slightly more for a better experience

Kind of dirty and messy… you will feel very itchy once you sleep on the bed…. The shower facilities are quite poor… parking is first come first serve and lasts only till 7am next day… really not recommended

Stayed in room 11, not happy. It smelt really bad and there was something that was spilled on the floor and wasnt properly cleaned. the floor was sticky. The hallway that led to the rooms was fine, it smelled fine, but the inside was horrid, and the sheets weren't properly washed.

I was surprised this property was rated as high as it was. It was fine, if a little basic. The room was very noisy from both inside and outside the property. Close to public transport but you need it to get anywhere as it is quite far from the main sites.

The room is relatively simple and it is like a house with only four walls. Second, as soon as I entered the room, I could hear the sound of cars outside. It was very noisy. During the day, there was also the harsh friction of the train passing through the curve. I don't know why the owner of this hotel did not use double-glazing. The glass in the room hardly protects against noise or cold wind, and the living experience is almost the same as sleeping under a bridge. Third, there is no heating equipment in the room. As mentioned above, the windows are almost uninsulated. I slept with all my clothes on for two nights. Even so, I would definitely wake up from the cold at 7 o'clock the next morning. Fourth, I am a bachelor's degree student at the University of Melbourne here. I have not found a house in the first few days, so I booked four nights here. Because there was no independent bathroom, I couldn't bear to take a shower on the first and second nights. On the third night, I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to the bathroom on the first floor to take a shower. There was a sign posted outside saying that the paint was not dry yet. I didn't understand the room, so I went in, but the situation seemed wrong. It seemed that there was really floor paint, so I exited and changed to another bathroom on the first floor (the paint in that bathroom might not be dry yet). At this time, a white man, a staff member of the hotel, started to loudly ask outside the door if anyone had entered the bathroom. I immediately apologized, put on my clothes and exited. The staff member used four or five ********* to greet me. I apologized quickly and explained that I thought I just didn't want to turn on the water inside so as not to damage the paint. After being treated like this in a foreign country, I slipped back into my room and slept. I thought the hotel was painting the bathroom on the first floor and I could use the bathroom on the second floor. Maybe on the third night, when I was about to go upstairs to check the bathroom, the stairs between the first and second floors were also being painted and a fan was used. I was blow-drying, which meant that I couldn't take a shower anywhere now, and it was difficult to go to the toilet. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I quickly packed up and left. I couldn't even survive the last night. The only advantage is that it is very close to the train station. But it’s no use how close such an environment is. The experience here is really bad. I think a hotel that cannot even provide basic bathing facilities should not receive guests during this period. To sum up, if you come to Melbourne to visit, choose this hotel carefully.
