This hotel is recently renovated and comfortable to stay. However, communication and exchange of guest check-out information between hotel front desk and housekeeping staff must be improved.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It’s very clean. The staffs are amazing and very attentive. I booked the room that time because I wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend and she actually loved this day as well as the decorations that I put up . They also have remodeled so the rooms are updated. Very nice and feels comfortable. . This is the only hotel that I stay in when I’m in the area I highly recommend. 

I always enjoy my stay at the courtyard Marriott . The customer service is beyond amazing, remodeled room which is always clean. The neighborhood is very quiet which makes me feel at peace with my experience . I recommend 10/10

Very nice hotel with a good location and very close to the highway. It's very suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is large and free. It's a nice place to live near Berkeley, and the surrounding area is also very clean

The check in was an absolute nightmare. The lady at the front desk was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. She completely refused to check me in even though my name was the one on the reservation and kept asking me for my wife to be present because she was the owner of the ******* account. I explained to her my wife was at a meeting and was joining me later in the evening that is why my name was on the reservation. She refused to check me in even though I showed her the reservation. I even offered to cancel that reservation and pay her onsite for a new room and she refused. It was a total waste of my time and very disappointing experience

Friendly staff, loved the Starbucks in the lobby and being able to enjoy beverages in the evening.

My hotel stay was excellent! Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was professional and pleasure. Thanks to them we have a great stay on christmas eve.

Food service not so good staff in there some were sòooo nice few women not so nice.Elevator so noisy! Riding it a little concerning

This hotel I love clean neat, rooms clean , beautiful view on the 18 floor. I give this hotel 10 stars . Great customer service.

The room seemed to be really small. We’ve stayed in numerous Marriott properties around the USA and this seemed to be the smallest. The Bartender at the bar (I forgot his name) was really great and friendly. The bar area was packed due to the Pony World Series and he still was able to provide great customer service.

The staff was barely there, the property had been used and abused, but with a fresh layer of paint over things to make it look better than it really is. There was also a couple people smoking meth in the front parking lot while in their car, when i told the front desk about this, they didnt care

Staff was very friendly and the food was good.

The room had no working toilet and maintenance was not available until 8am which is when we checked out. We had to go from the 3rd floor to the lobby to use the restroom. This is unacceptable! Staff said they would forward complaint to management but never heard from them.
