Chambre très propre, très bien insonorisée, frigo, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière. Parfait pour une pause sur la route. Et pour se dégourdir les jambes, un charmant quartier se trouve juste derrière le motel. Nous avions une chambre à l’arrière.

Nous avions réservé 1 semaine avant et quand on est arrivé à la chambre une forte senteur de cigarette était partout; on a démarré le climatiseur (ventilateur) pour essayer de changer l’air mais une odeur désagréable en sortait, ouf, pas possible. Je suis retourné voir la réceptionniste pour qu’elle nous change de chambre et elle me dit que c’était impossible; alors, je veux annuler elle ne veut pas car il y aura une pénalité. Super service ! Nous sommes très déçu de ce motel et banni pour nous. L’air était pollué par la fumée de cigarette et c’était imprégné dans les couvertures et le tapis au plancher. Pourtant sur la porte c'est Inscrit zone sans fumée.

Proche du centre-ville, propre et accueillant, rénové, bien équipé pour un motel de ce type (four micro-ondes, frigo, sèche-cheveux, wifi). Glace et grille-pain au lobby. Personnel souriant. Stationnement double pour chaque chambre.

This is a great little motel in Rimouski right on route 132. It has been recently renovated and is well appointed. The mattress is new and very comfortable; there’s a good sized TV with many channels; there’s a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. We were also provided with some hot chocolate and tea (as well as coffee). The only thing that wasn’t included was breakfast but there is a Tim Hortons right across the street. One thing that would make this motel even better would be better quality towels (the current ones are thin and scratchy).
