If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

A lovely nights stay. Rooms immaculate , modern and comfortable. The reception staff very helpful booking taxis for us. The food was nice and a comfortable seating area at the bar .Would stay there again with no hesitation next time at Manchester airport.

Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. I had a small issue that was resolved straight away, to a high standard. The reception, bar and dining room areas were clean and nicely decorated and felt inviting. My room was immaculate, cozy and felt like I'd slept on a cloud. I highly recommend 👌

Can't fault anything. From check in to check out everything brilliant. We didn't eat in the restaurant but ordered a pizza and a drink that we could take up to our room. Room was spacious and clean. We managed to get on the shuttlebus outside the hotel for £5 each which was handy especially at 4am in the morning!

All excellent, from arrival to departure, room food and staff, car park, all amenities were accessible. perfect, a genuine thank you to all .............................................. .....................................

Our second stay here in a Premier plus room. 514. Very spacious, extremely clean, lovely refurbished rooms & shower room. Really good quality toiletries. Premier Inn has been our chosen chain for the past 5 years. We dined in the restaurant & Davide served us, always attentive to all his guests. Thank you to all the team for another great stay.

Excellent value for money, excellent location for pre holiday early morning flight,great comfortable room worth paying upgrade only downside not enough coffee pods and none at reception,,so only downside ,also parking overnight is now £ 12

Stayed in lots of Premier Inn's around the country and very happy but have to say this was one was very disappointing especially with the food and restaurant service. Firstly the hotel reception, bar staff and room were all good but the food was awful as was the service. They bought frozen butter to spread and when we complained they bought it back completely melted to a liquid in a dish! and sarcastically asked if that was better! there was about a tablespoon of chips and the whole meal would have fed a 6 year old after complaining to the manager she apologised and that was it off she went with no attempt to investigate the complaint. We Wouldn't go back again . Certain staff really do need more customer training and an over haul of how food is served wouldn't go amiss as I would be embarrassed to serve that standard and amount of food to anyone.

This is the worst premier inn I’ve ever stopped at (and I’ve stopped at a lot of them!). While the check-in staff were excellent, the bed wasn’t great (was far better when you used Hypnos) and the restaurant was really poor. Particular mention for the food (which I believe may have been the cause of my upset stomach for the next 24 hours - which ruined the start of my holiday) and also the greeter/seater who grunted instead of smiling and welcoming you to the restaurant.
