When I decided to go out to breathe fresh air, there was only 1 hour left to check out. I found that the swimming pool was fully operational and some guests liked it very much. We made the reservation over the phone and asked if we could do an early check-in. We were told to call the day of arrival to check if there were rooms available. When we got to the hotel, receptionist Porfirio Fonte asked for the name in the reservation (it was under my wife’s). Without even looking at us, he told us that we needed to check in online and pointed at a QR code. Mind you, the reception was completely empty, but he did not want to help us (we were having problems with the internet connection). After we finished, he told us that there were no rooms available for early check in “for the rate we were paying.” We explained to him that we called the hotel, and we were told that there were rooms available. He did not want to hear it. He insisted that he did not have any rooms available at the price we were paying. However, he told us that if we wanted to upgrade, he will give us a room immidiately (basically, he was trying to push us to upgrade). I do not know if this is company policy. If it is, the hotel should put a warning when it offers different rates, for example: “if you choose the lowest room rate, we will look down on you and disrespect you.” I asked the receptionist for his name, and he ignored me completely. After the third time, he finally told me his name. He needed my ID, and even though I was standing right in front of him, he asked my wife for it. I complained to him and told him that he did not have to treat us like that. In a very threatening manner and practically yelling at me, he asked me “if I had a problem with him.” Once again, I tried to explain to him that we called the hotel, and we were told that there were rooms available. I understand that mistakes can be made and perhaps the person over the phone gave us the wrong information. All receptionist Porfirio Fonte needed to say was: “I am sorry, you were giving the wrong information, but I will try to get you a room as soon as one becomes available” (you know, Customer Service 101). But, I guess being professional was too much for him as he went on about our hotel rate. After much insistence, he finally told us that if a room becomes available before 2 pm (it was 11 am), he will give it to us. We asked him if he could call us to let us know, but he refused. Instead, he told us to call the hotel. At that point, and based on the way receptionist Porfirio Fonte treated us, my wife and I concluded that: (1) There is no way he is going to give us a room before 2 pm; and (2) He is going to give us the worst room he has. When we arrived at 2 pm, there was a long line at the reception. We had the opportunity to observe receptionist Porfirio Fonte in action. He did not ask any gues

I've been here in B&B North Shopping several times and I've always had some small problems from In to Out. But today 04/05 I was surprised by the team that attended me. 3 people smile, sympathetic, performing, with a wonderful humor and careful to what the guest asks.Today I have experienced the true experience that the B&B Network offers in all its hotels. I want to congratulate Priscila, Rafaela and (I'm sorry if you're wrong with the name), Kath. Vcs make the difference!!!! Know that it's this type of professionals that the market requires in this new phase. Congratulations the unit. So every time I'm in the North Zone, I choose vcs.

Beautiful Hotel from room views and the the pool side and the garden beachfront so relaxing 🌅🌇 breakfast Is everything good.🥐🍳 wonderful stays disabled access ♿ toilet, elevator 🛗 so cool haha I was just confused the turnings round elevator abc number anyways on the the room.arw in circles too ☺️ probably it's the designs infrastructure is cute tallest building I love everything and would choose this hotel when comes to Rio de Janeiro don't skip to stay and experience this paranomic views,the hotel stuff are really nice the ladies ,the doorman and even the one helps our luggage the front parking lot big space taxis are outside ready to go.ooh the area is closer to leblon and far from Copacabana,I stay from the Centro when I book the hotel don't have clue how far this hotel from where I was so better check the map me or Google haha 😂 so you won't feel lost like me.its very Forest mountain 🏔️ sides and it's cooler it's difirent sides of town I guess the resort is very outstanding from the area Have a shotp,have good foods, actually don't need to go out if you come for relaxing 🌅 massage,beach eat chilling stay in the morning the sunrise 🌅 so beautiful birds chirping so calm 🦜🦜🦜🦜 it's perfect hotel for me the room have smart light or just a multi colored lights haha makes it more night so romantic ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for a 5-day visit to Rio over New Year. The location is great for access to Copacabana and Ipanema, and the roof-top pool is a big bonus, although more sunbeds would be beneficial. Our room was windowless, but was big enough for 2 and the wifi and air con worked well. The bed could do with being replaced but no major issues. Overall a good pick of hotel for exploring Rio.

I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. counter staff member was fantastic and checked us in once rooms were ready, car park is a big advantage and is off street secure., pool up top is flash area. nice rooms which for the budget level were great.

Good service. Helpful receptionist when I had a problem with my room access card. Bed linen (quilt) a little dusty; As I have allergic rhinitis, I felt a little uncomfortable. Sheets ok. Pillows on the bed looked dirty, but the ones in the closet were ok. Very soft bed (without exaggeration, you could hear the spring noise on one side). Extremely noisy air conditioning. The cleanliness of the bathroom surprised me. Simple but excellent breakfast, impeccable lounge.

I only have positive words for the stay at Novotel Leme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, versatile and extensive, the rooftop bar Sky Leme is a very nice place with a magnificent view and a nice pool. I appreciated the cocktails. So many thanks to all the staff to make our stay a great experience every day! Special thanks to Vicente for his friendly attention.
