This is a beautiful hotel! It’s a historic property and very well maintained. Also property has lots to offer. It’s a museum in itself and has a few restaurant options, a lounge with live music, pool had a DJ when we were there. It was a perfect weekend getaway! Highly recommend this property.

First impression was not good. There was someone smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in and the hotel has this funky smell to it. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area w/ the highway right across. So it seems very desolate and uninviting at first. But when you get your room, it's pretty nice. We had a 2 bed room and the beds sheets/pillows were clean and there was enough room for both of us. I was expecting a dungy bathroom but it was nice as well. Good room for the shower and sink/toilet. Also very clean. Yes, there is some funky smells in the rooms that others have pointed out. I'm not sure where it comes from but you smell it and I guess we get use to it. It's not overbearing but a bit of an annoyance. Maybe it comes from the Air Conditioner. But best thing was proximity to the university. You don't need to take the highway from here to get to the university. Side streets and you'll be there in about 10 min time. Price was cheapest in the entire area of hotels. Booked thru Costco Travel. For a 1-3 day visit the hotel will suit your needs.

Nice clean hotel! Love that they gave us extra towels in advance. Breakfast was AMAZING! Good variety of food. Starbucks across the street was the deal breaker.

Came here for to work as a remote office one day. Fairly newer property, located off the 15 Freeway in Corona. Lots of free parking, and it appears that in the Non-COVID world they offer a free hot breakfast. On this visit it was just a grab and go bag. The property is very clean, and the employees all take the appropriate safeguards(masks, gloves as needed, plexiglass barriers). Like some other properties they do not label things as clean and sanitized, but the rooms are well kept, so bring your own disinfectant if you desire. The rooms are large, a separate sofa desk area, a small wet bar, and a generous sleeping area. The wifi is very good, so it made remote work so much easier. The business center is ”closed” as are most of the common areas for now. My only downside is that while i enjoy a good cigar, at most properties smoking is either not allowed on the property, or the designated area is in ”back” away from most customers. The smoking area at this property is right in front next to the hotel entrance, so i can see how some people may be turned off by this. Location may also be a challenge, which although right off the freeway, you still have a bit of a drive off the freeway exit to reach the property. It is located in a mixed use Residential/Commercial area, so there are not many walkable amenities nearby, but if you have a car there are many options. Overall a good stay, great value, and would definitely come back if i were in need of a room in the area.

This has been my go to hotel for several years now while visiting my family in Yucaipa. After many happy visits there my last visit was unacceptable in every way. I had to make a trip to help with a family health issue. First, I made my 3 day reservation two weeks in advance online through IHG like normal. The price was nearly 3 times what it had been a year earlier. Two days later I needed to add one more day. The person I talked to from the IHG website said that I couldn't make a change to the reservation because it had been more than 24 hours past the ”cancellation date” and I would end up having to pay for the entire stay if I cancelled that reservation and made a new one with 4 days. He said he had no ability to simply add one more day to my existing reservation. This is still nearly two weeks out. I asked them how we can solve the issue... to simply add one more day. The answer after 45 minutes on the phone with them: Make a new reservation for one day. Fine. The day I arrived I wanted to make it clear that I wanted to not change rooms after the 3rd day and they agreed. I had minor issues with the keys not working on 2 of the 3 days but that's happened before. No biggie. The breakfast they offered was a joke all 4 days. I finally had to take photos the final day. I understand not having hot food due to covid but the mini fridge literally had a few yogurt cups, uncrustables and bean burritos (not a breakfast choice typically but okay) bagels and milk. The buffet had a few oatmeal packets, the cereal was well stocked and there were green oranges, a green banana and ketchup and hot sauce packets. Juice and coffee was well stocked. When I had to ”check out” after the 3rd night I went to the front desk to do that. We closed out the first reservation and they asked for my credit card to pay for the final day. Card was declined because they had 3 pending charges from the hotel for a total of nearly $1600 (3 days were supposed to be at $750ish) and that amount was encumbered against my credit line. I showed those charges to the staff. ”Sorry, that's out of our control” They wanted to charge my card for the 3rd night for another $155 which took the encumbered amount over $1700. I literally had to make a payment to my credit card in order to book my room for that third night. Once that was resolved I was greeted with.. ”I hope I can keep you in the same room”. 10 minutes later it finally happened. I complained to IHG corporate ( a person titled: (name witheld: eMedia Coordinator) after the trip about what happened and would want some sort of compensation from the unacceptable situation. I received a return email stating they were sorry but couldn't do anything and they referred me back to the hotel management. The hotel management called and said they were sorry but it was IHG's issue because they did the reservation but here's our ”standard $50 credit toward my next stay”. Those were exact words. This Hilton hotel is worthy of the name, the details are good, the location is right next to the highway, and the traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the desert Ole. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available. The American breakfast is rich. Coffee, apples and bananas are available at any time. Many foreigners, especially the elderly, who travel with dogs are very humane. The accommodation deposit is charged at $ 20, which will be refunded immediately after check-out.

Hilton's service was really good. The front desk woman had a bad attitude. She lied to him with millions of disgusted expressions. I asked the hotel if I could change the double bed and told me to increase the price. I booked a landscape room and gave me a room on the road. Although Ctrip had a little money back, the poor receptionist called and asked why she complained? Lie and say we are going to change our twin bed for free, we give up ourselves. Hilton has encountered bad reception many times, and his friendliness is 108,000 miles behind Marriott. In the future, he will still live less in Hilton and can only rely on low prices to attract customers.

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling as a single woman and felt safe staying there alone. I was impressed with the breakfast offering each day, as there were hot as well as cold options, and it was better than you might expect from most complimentary breakfast buffets. I met one of the maids in the hallway and asked her to empty my wastebaskets (I wasn't due to have service, unless specifically requested). Anyway, she went above and beyond in tending to several items in my room. Also, the older gentleman in the breakfast area my second morning (2/19) was greatly helpful. So, just wanted to compliment the staff at this location.

Very nice to spend a night on our way to Arizona. Room clean and bathroom spacious. The toiletries were top notch. Breakfast had plea Tuesday of options. Staff all friendly and helpful. Only negative is location. Only cone option for dinner without driving off property.
