Fantastic stay here at Olaya Riyadh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can tell they take cleanliness very seriously as the room was very well maintained. Breakfast was great as well, and we had a good view of Kingdom Tower from our room.

Very nice hotel

This hotel is next to the King's Tower (Bottle Opener). I don't know if you can see Ronaldo, but I didn't. The overall sanitary conditions are very good. I look forward to staying here next time.

The room is very comfortable, in line with the aesthetics of Chinese hotels, next to fahd King Street, 30 minutes walk from the Sky Bridge.

The room facilities are top-notch, but the sound insulation effect is poor, especially on weekends when the noise next door keeps going all night long; the service attitude of the staff is very good but they don't do anything, and they can't find a lighter and matches in the smoking room; they don't even load and unload luggage

Very good value for money very good. The hotel is very new. recommend. It is most suitable when waiting to pack breakfast for around 1000. The price/performance ratio is very high, better than other traditional 5 stars in the old city.

The hotel is located in the center of Riyadh, about half an hour by taxi from the airport. There is a gym and swimming pool on the top floor, with a good view, you can see the Kingdom Center, the tallest building in Saudi Arabia
