Environment: Very good, the room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. Service: The hotel front desk staff had a great attitude, were easy to talk to, and warm and friendly. They tried their best to meet guests' needs. Facilities: Very complete, everything you'd expect was there. Hygiene: It was very clean upon check-in, and the bedding was neat and tidy.

The hotel environment is very good and the location is convenient. We booked a family room and mentioned we had three children (6-year-old twins and an 11-year-old girl) when checking in. However, the staff member checking cards at breakfast interrogated us repeatedly, like we were criminals. First, they asked the older girl's age, then questions like, ”Are all three of these children yours?” Did they think I just picked up some random kids off the street to sneak them into their breakfast? By that point, I already felt offended. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with their breakfast; there were no expensive ingredients. I just wanted to help the kids get some food. Then, this staff member, with a displeased and reluctant expression, arbitrarily added a rule, saying, ”Normally, a family can only bring two children.” It was as if I was getting a huge discount by eating there. I think if you have a clear pricing policy, just charge me accordingly, or just politely seat us. This constant grumbling was really off-putting. 1. I booked a family room, which clearly indicates more people. The staff saw the three children during check-in and didn't mention any issues or special considerations for having more children. 2. When I woke up around 10 AM, I called to ask about the dining hours and casually asked about the children's charges. The front desk replied, ”Children under 12 eat for free.” I came to eat breakfast, not to be interrogated like a criminal. During holidays, the hotel charges a premium, 2.5 times the usual price. A little customer service awareness would prevent such condescending questioning. I don't mind being charged (although I haven't encountered hotels charging extra for children's meals in recent years, I can completely accept pricing rules). As a long-time Ctrip member, I've stayed in quite a few hotels, both personally and with my family, but this is the first time I've been questioned about whether my children were mine or just freeloading at breakfast. It's truly an eye-opener and I felt genuinely offended.

I chose this hotel for a family trip, and it was a fantastic experience all around. It's very close to the scenic spots, so we could just walk everywhere, saving a lot of travel time. The room was spacious, and the twin bed setup was ample, perfectly comfortable for a family of three without feeling cramped. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the toiletries were complete and clean, which gave me peace of mind traveling with children. The front desk staff proactively arranged a quiet room on a higher floor, which was a really thoughtful touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of choices for all meals. The beds were soft and comfortable, so my child slept really well and was energetic for our outings. The price is reasonable, the atmosphere is cozy, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for families with children.

We had a wonderful stay at Banxia Apartment! 🌟 The view was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Just a small suggestion: an extra towel for two guests would be appreciated next time. Overall, a lovely experience—we will definitely stay here again! 😊

Amazing sea view, and the soundproofing is excellent! My friend was in the next room and snores incredibly loudly, but I couldn't hear a thing. Most importantly, the service attitude is exceptional: from check-in, check-out, to breakfast, all the hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They never gave the impression of being dismissive due to a large number of guests. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Travel with family and choose Rizhao Seaview Holiday Hotel. Arrived at the hotel almost 7 pm. As soon as the car drove outside the lobby, the hotel reception staff came out to warmly receive, take the luggage and help deliver the luggage to the room. The hotel lobby is spacious and generous, the rooms are well-equipped, the sanitary products are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the rest environment is quiet. In addition, there is a gym and laundry room, which is an ideal place to stay for business and tourism. The hotel is very convenient to travel, and there are many specialty food restaurants around. Not far from Wanpingkou Scenic Area. Although I couldn't go to the beach because of the heavy rain in Rizhao, when I left the hotel, the lobby staff sent us to the car with an umbrella and sent us fruit and drinking water. The courtesy was light and affectionate, so that we could feel your true feelings. Thank you!

My friends and I came to Rizhao for a week during the May holidays. We found a decent apartment. It was quite clean, had a balcony, a small bathroom with a shower, and two rooms with beds. The location was convenient, 10-15 minutes from the sea by scooter, and it took the same amount of time to get to the nearby shopping mall. We were a bit lost at first, but the hosts contacted us, gave us a ride, and told us about the city and its main attractions. They were very nice people; they kept in touch with us and brought us supplies if we needed them. They were very friendly and sociable. A great experience, a great city, especially during the holidays (it turned out to be quite laid-back and calm). We hope to come back again!

The hotel is next to Wanda Plaza, very close to the Wanpingkou Dongyi Town Night Market and other attractions. The double room we booked even had a sofa bed, which was fantastic! My wife and kids slept in the double bed without disturbing each other. Breakfast was shared with the Hilton Garden Inn next door; there was a wide variety, and the sea sand noodles were delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was generous. The room itself was spacious, and the facilities were top-notch. It's a new hotel, so there were no unpleasant odors. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the station, which is a huge plus. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The views are beautiful, you can see the sea, and it's very close to all the main attractions.

The room was spacious, with a bunk bed and a large bed, perfect for families; even two older children wouldn't feel cramped. Four tickets to the Sky Rainforest were included, which was nice for winter travel as it was warm and offered beautiful views, including the sea. The Sky Rainforest also has restaurants and play equipment for children like climbing nets and slides – highly recommended! The room was clean, with new facilities. The view from the window was of a lake and MixC shopping mall – a nice view. The whole room was smart home, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
