The staff could speak enough English to communicate. The front desk, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly. The breakfast was 90% Chinese, which means the only Western option was cereal. The hotel's location to the beach is excellent. The resort is lovely until you reach the beach. This beach was a big disappointment. Extremely dirty with lots of trash that washed up on the beach. I would NOT come again

We were driving home from Shanxi and passed through Rizhao, so we chose the Sheraton. We actually arrived at the hotel after 11 PM, so logically we didn't need to pick such a high-end hotel, but as soon as we entered the lobby, we instantly felt it was worth it. It's a Sheraton after all, definitely a cut above the rest. The hotel service was excellent; we came back from the beachcombing early the next morning with some small seafood, and they thoughtfully helped us cook it right away, allowing us to enjoy the freshest flavors.

It is very close to the beach, there is a food city next to it, and there is also the very popular Chocolate Fisherman, but the queue is too long. The hotel is generally OK, the decoration is a little old, there were too many people during the May Day holiday, and the breakfast was cold. Fortunately, the location is excellent, but it is too congested. Fortunately, I rented an electric car. Next time, I must not travel on holidays

It’s almost 12 o’clock in the night. I don’t know where the sound of cockroaches has been coming. It affects the rest time. I called the front desk and replied that their colleagues lived upstairs. It’s impossible to make such a sound. But this sound has been bothering me. I originally planned to stay for 2 nights. This kind of service is still forgotten. I decisively retired all night. Since I provide laundry service, shouldn't there be staff present to arrange order? There is no staff member at all. They all live in the person who queues to wash. The 6 washing machines are still in line for work. I don't know why I press a switch at the door. How do people who enter come out, does anyone care? The cake at the elevator door did not know which one fell. There was no staff to clean up at all. The ground was very slippery. I have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is really pulling ..... I am really sorry for this price. ..... Just once, it is not recommended and very dissatisfied! ! !

The environment is elegant and quiet, with meticulous cleanliness. The bathroom facilities are complete, and housekeeping is available on call. The amenities are comprehensive, and they even provided a bed rail, which is very family-friendly for those traveling with young children. It's right next to Wanpingkou Gate 5, making it very convenient to take the kids to the beach.

Choosing the right hotel for my trip to Rizhao was absolutely worth it! The Puyue Zhiya Seaview Hotel has an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach, and the sea view rooms offer a fantastic panorama. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. I have to give a special shout-out to Xiao Jie, the front desk attendant! Her efficiency was incredible; check-in was completed in just three minutes, and she explained all the information clearly and thoroughly. Her attitude was incredibly thoughtful – she proactively helped with my luggage, patiently shared practical tips for local sightseeing and where to eat seafood, and when I temporarily needed toiletries, they were delivered very quickly. Professional and warm-hearted service! My entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rizhao, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!

It's been a great week staying in Hampton dongyi town, staff are very friendly and helpful. Its location is perfect not only for food but also for local attractions, super convenient for small children and elderlies. Will definitely visit again!

Hotel location is excellent, go out is the sea. The room is clean and tidy, the details are very intimate, the slippers are colored, and the bathroom has a clothesline 👍 👍 The service is warm and thoughtful and responsive. Breakfast is rich and varied, very delicious 😋
