來的時候已經很晚了，但是還是被酒店驚喜到了，一進房間很暖和，給提前開了空調，插上房卡有個小愛同學，還能控制電視和窗簾什麼的，早上去簡單吃了點，都很新鮮，走的時候給弄了個爆米花，正好是剛出鍋的，好吃。而且房間是落地窗，拉開窗簾瞬間心情就好了

這次入住酒店，必須要好好誇誇前台服務人員。一到酒店，就被她們的熱情笑容所感染。辦理入住時，高效專業，耐心解答各種問題。在我提出孩子感冒了想多讓孩子喝點熱水時，她們去辦公室看了一下説沒有熱水瞭然後跟我説馬上開始燒水，並準備了保温壺給我送到房間，盡力滿足。整個入住期間，每次遇到前台人員，她們都會主動打招呼，詢問是否有需要幫助的地方。她們的貼心服務，讓我感受到了家的温暖。因為她們，這次的日照之旅變得更加美好。下次還會選擇這家酒店，也為這些優秀的前台服務人員點贊。

I come to Rizhao for business trips once or twice a month. I have stayed at Novotel, Hampton by Hilton, Seaview Garden, Atour, All Seasons, Lavande, and Grandview. I tried Hilton Garden Inn with a try-it attitude and was very satisfied. The hotel is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the room rate is high, the service is enthusiastic, and the toiletries are all from the international first-line brand ”Petrov”. A set of toiletries is sold for more than 300 yuan on Taobao. I highly recommend it. I will only stay at Hilton Garden Inn when I travel to Rizhao for business in the future! Thumbs up!!!

This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

This is an earlier five-star hotel in Rizhao. The facilities are low-key and meaningful compared to new hotels. The hygiene is good, there are no dead corners, and the location is good, close to the third beach. I would like to mention the service in particular. When the cleaning lady was cleaning the room, she saw a child and gave him a toy. There was also a child whose foot was cut by a reef. At 11 o'clock in the evening, she called the front desk to ask if there were any disinfectants. The front desk said no. Unexpectedly, the front desk went to the pharmacy to buy iodine, cotton swabs and band-aids, and delivered them to the room in about 20 minutes. I was really touched. I would like to thank the staff of Landbridge Jinjiang Hotel again!

The location of the homestay is very close to the mountain, sea and sky scenic spot, and it is very convenient to walk in a straight line. The opposite is the chocolate fisherman's house, but I didn't eat it. There are too many people haha. I didn't take photos, but the real thing will surprise you. The one star for hygiene is mainly given to the hotel restaurant. When I went to have the buffet breakfast in the morning, the garbage left by the guests who had seafood the night before was not confiscated. There were seafood garbage and cigarette butts everywhere on the floor, and in the trash cans next to each table. Rubbish. I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. The above comments respect objective facts and have no personal emotions. There are good and bad. Just focus on what you care about. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.
