Great experience. Food was very very good, interior is classy, warm.. I must mention..lady from recepction Renata, i was super excited with her charm, knowledge and with her behavior in general..young generations must learn from people like her. U can invest milions in equipment, marketing,..but if u dont have PEOPLE u did nothing. Found my new best place in Rogaška, and will be back 100%.

“Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – Sehr empfehlenswert!” Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gestimmt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, stets bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und DAS BETT WAR TRAUMHAFT. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – eine große Auswahl an frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Wellnessbereich war ein echtes Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag.

The hotel room is renovated, clean, in short, beautiful. The workers at the reception are friendly but very slow. We waited more than 20 minutes to check in. The biggest problem is the kitchen. Served on half-raw tortellini with a dressing completely devoid of any taste. The hotel management does not seem to be aware of the significance of the kitchen, as evidenced by the almost empty restaurant.

The hotel itself and the room were good, breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices, but the dinner.... it was definitelly not for the 4**** hotel. Also the water in the pool was soo cooold! -.- The location was good.
