The hotel is old, but the rooms are clean. Very close to the underground station, nice staff who speaks English. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Super Central. It is a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. The room is spacious and clean. We only had problems with the shower as it did not stay fixed on the support. The receptionists are sometimes a little serious but very good people. You have to pay extra to use the air conditioning. Recommended since in price / value it is very good.

The facilities are very old The quilt has no quilt cover, it feels unhygienic The so-called breakfast is just a glass of orange juice and a croissant, which falls far short of expectations

Room looked very simple but just fine. AC was €10 a night and the owner wasn’t a nice one. Towels and bedsheets aren’t being washed, even if you stay for a week. Overall poor experience. Oh and the shower door randomly fell out of the shower.

I feel really terrible writing this review, but when you arrive at a property and the entire place is disgraceful and you can’t stay there, people simply need to know. This property was booked by our travel agent and we honestly could not stay there. 1. We didn’t feel safe as the door didn’t lock 2. It was disgraceful in appearance. From the time we walked in the front entrance there was dust and dirt on the steps, on the lift and when we got to the room, we were gobsmacked as to how it looked. 3. The cupboard doors didn’t close, we were offered a different room and the drawer on the cupboard was missing. The beds were old and the bedspreads had stains of goodness knows what on them. My friend and I could not believe our travel agent had booked us into this place and we let them know that they should never recommend this place to anyone until the challenges are sorted. I wish this hotel well, but truly and wholeheartedly ask that they clean this place up and advertise it appropriately so as to not disappoint people in the future.

.Hotel is in a apartment complex. The man at the desk took my passport to full in something and wouldn’t give it me back when I asked ( as didn’t trust him). Clean nice room. No air conditioning even though it said there was. In a great position in the city , 20 min walk to the trevi fountain and right near the colloseum.

Fair hotel for the price paid, but we stayed on the 4th floor and it was terrible to climb stairs, we only managed to use the elevator once. Another issue is that we cannot keep the keys when we leave, and one piece of information that should be clear is the charge of 20 euros per night to use the air conditioning. The bathroom stall has to go in from the side, as it is very small. The breakfast is good, but it is in a cafe next door. The location is close to the coliseum, about 900 meters downhill, but at night the neighborhood seems to be a bit dangerous.

I went to this hotel during a trip with my Italian class as part of a 4-day college outing. The hotel is quite shabby smelling of cold cigarettes at the reception. We can observe water infiltration in the walls.... A hot shower is not always guaranteed. the walls don't isolate anything, you can hear everything (I was right next to reception). On the other hand, the beds are generally comfortable and the hotel is in Rome itself, right next to the Colosseum. The rooms of 5 are relatively large!

The room is good in terms of quality and price, don't expect much but it can be. The best is the location, and the worst, without a doubt, is the noise. You can hear a lot of street traffic and especially people passing in front of the door and neighbors. You wake up at 7 and don't sleep anymore.

The welcome at the Hotel was not brilliant, however in general for a Hotel of this category you cannot expect much more, the structure is a little old, but in general for 1 maximum 2 nights it can be useful, without expecting who knows what. ..

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Close to the metro station and coliseum. The hotel reception is on the 1st floor. Upon arrival, we had to carry 4 suitcases up the stairs. The elevator only works if the owner is present, no guests have access to the elevator, which is locked with a key. Hope your apartment is on the first floor, otherwise you will have to climb several stairs. The staircase is terribly dirty. Furthermore, I booked a room with a double bed and when I arrived they added 2 single beds. The bathroom stall is very small.

Old and neglected hotel. Large room but in line with the neglect of the entire building. Cleanliness to be reviewed (bad smell). A two-star hotel is not the same as a dirty hotel. Excellent price for location and quality. I recommend booking outside of Booking. Kindness and friendliness of the staff. Separate breakfast in the adjacent bar (choice between coffee and cappuccino/rusks and croissants, without any pretense).

We stayed 2 nights in this "Hotel". Where to start? The mini fridge was missing, the cleaning was not the best (we found hair in the shower), there was no pos to pay by card (when it is now required by law) and a bedside light was burned out. To make it worse there was the fact that they did not have a place to have breakfast so we were forced to leave the hotel to go to a nearby bar where among other things they only served an empty croissant and a drink of your choice, the rest it was paid; to mention also the fact that once you entered the room you had to lock yourself because from the outside they could open the door normally, plus they only had 2 sockets: one close to the bed as it should be and the other in front of the front door entrance to the room located flush with the ground, so you had to put the phone on the floor. Surprisingly, these were not even the worst things, the icing on the cake comes with the air conditioning that you could have ONLY by paying € 10 PER DAY. In short, what to say other than "2 star hotel", perhaps for a bum, but for ordinary people calling it that way is just an insult.
