Our second visit to Town House 57 and our third is planned. Absolutely love it.....home from home. Location is great. Supermarket next door is amazing!! 15 minute walk to The Vatican. Twenty minutes to Piazza Nervona. A fabulous shopping street 5 minutes away called Via Cola. I want to live at Town House 57 ❤

Absolutely lovely. We stayed here for 4 nights in Room Number 2 and have never slept in such a comfortable bed. It was so quiet. Lovely quirky Lift to take you up to the 5th Floor. You are only met when you first arrive abd then never see anybody but they are only a phone call away. Great Supermarket next door which has everything! We ate twice at the Bar on the corner where you also have Breakfast. One Tip - if you eat at Sinatras across the road, make sure you check the Bill. Turn right out of the Town House, keep going straight for 15 mins and you'll be in The Vatican area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We also found a great little bar called Mr Caffè. Turn right down the road where the corner cafe is and it's on the left hand side after the market. Two large glasses of wine and plenty of aperitivos for 8 euros. We would definitely return to Town House 57

Brilliant stay. It’s a guest house and not a hotel. So don’t come with the expectation of a hotel. However, this isn’t a negative. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly fine for a couple. Complimentary drinks and chocolate. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast vouchers given for a local cafe. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Located on the fifth floor of a building in the Prati area, this accommodation was very satisfactory. The elevator is a little cramped. 5/10 minutes from the Metro (Ottaviano or Lepanto) and on the road which without changing leads straight to Castel Sant'Angelo and consequently via della Conciliazione, S. Pietro, Tevere etc. Breakfast is served in the café opposite with sweet piece coffee and juice. The bartender is not one of the nicest people and we didn't like how he behaved with us and also with other TownHause guests. However the room was nice and very clean and the bathroom large and with window. Silence much appreciated. The manager yes and contacts us with whatsapp I must say very kind, we were able to leave the luggage and pick it up in the afternoon. Also highly recommended for the location close to many restaurants where you can dine without having to go downtown.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti,halloween ‘21 in questo hotel. Ottima posizione, proprietario super disponibile. Comodissimo per godersi a piedi la bellissima Roma. Colazione nel bar sottostante veramente ottima,locale giovane e attento a qualunque richiesta. Rapporto qualità prezzo al top! Super apprezzata questa nuova versione di hotel moderna e indipendente!
