The hotel front desk phone is always busy, the emergency phone is also unhelpful, and there is no front door. I looked for the place for 20 minutes, and finally paid but did not check in. Bad review. The front desk was not there until I checked out. I have also stayed in hostels but at least the front desk was there. This is really bad, please don't step on the thunder.

great location next to exit of Cavour Station. also nice kind & clean. just a bit hard to find the entrance as the location on google/trip.com was incorrect. took me a good 15 mins to find it. its actually right next to the exit of station and by the stairs.

Hotel very well located to do everything on foot. Walking times are 8 minutes from the Colosseum, 1 hour from the Vatican, 50 minutes from St. Peter's Square, 20 minutes from the Pantheon, 20 minutes from the Spanish Steps. The rooms are cleaned daily. And the staff is very friendly. I advise you to book directly from the hotel website.

Very nice structure, think that they also have a jacuzzi obviously there is the possibility of booking it which is too cool!! ☺️ The hotel staff were really very friendly and warm, the manager recommended me an excellent 👍 restaurant where you can eat really well then there's cacio e pepe sautéed in a wheel of cheese, a real treat, what can I tell you 😍!!

Impeccable. Just like in the photo. Basic and good breakfast, friendly staff and very central. Close to Termini station and surrounded by excellent restaurants and clubs in the Monti area. The Coloseeo is a ten minute walk away, the Cavour B metro is a stone's throw away.

Located in the center of Rome a few meters from the "Cavour" metro station, it is ideal for those who want to live and visit the center of Rome. Excellent hospitality, great kindness from Federico and cleanliness. Central location 200m from the metro and 500 from the Imperial Forums and Colosseum. Being on the street, the room was noisy but with the windows closed it was very well soundproofed
