Non saprei proprio da dove cominciare per descrivere questa pessima crociera. Appena saliti e cominciando a passeggiare per i ponti si nota subito che l'effetto "WOWW" su questa crociera non c'è affatto. Nessuno sfarzo, nessun particolare elegante : dettagli invece che si riscontrano nelle navi vecchie. Troppo troppo affollamento e sempre (colazione, pranzo) trovare un posto disponibile per accomodarsi era un'impresa. Camere molto piccole rispetto alle altri navi. Personale alquanto ridotto in proporzione al numero degli ospiti: molto spesso ordinando le bevande i camerieri o non li trovavi oppure se arrivavano poi passavano molti minuti per essere serviti. Ho notato che su questa nave si da moltissimo spazio al business con tantissimi negozi, tutto ormai è praticamente a pagamento. Pulizie in camera discreta, nulla di eccezionale o almeno sufficiente. SPA molto ben fatta ma uscire dall'idro e trovarsi capelli altrui addosso non credo sia bellissimo. Al momento della tisana abbiamo dovuto aspettare ben 45 minuti per vedere arrivare le tazze dopo 3 inutili solleciti in reception. BOCCIATA A PIENI VOTI... ADDIO COSTA...
