The cleanliness was so so. There was dust on everything, when we arrived a part of sheet was on the ground. There isn’t a kettle in the room that I expected the 4 stars hotel should have it. They even doesn’t have the free water in the room and you should pay the water which was on the fridge. They cleaned our room every day because we requested but when they changed our towels They had fallen down one of the big towels, it is not respect for guests. But after 3 days they changed our sheets and cleaned our room well. The bed has a massage but its work was really bad, also it is not comfortable during sleeping. The location was not bad just because it was near the termini train station that it also has the metro or if you want to get to airport you can go there and by one train go to the airport. We didn’t buy the breakfast but one day we tried that and it was not delicious, there are many choices for sweet parts but all of them was not fresh , I never seen something like that, but you can eat the sausages or cheese or butter and bread. Frankly it is not 4 stars hotel and I never come back to this hotel. I think it was 4 stars in 10 years ago but not now. All facilities was really old.

Room was small, very small in fact. Turn to the left is the bathroom and the right is the bed area. However the room is well kept and clean. There are bath amenities available and breakfast was average. Location is very good as it js near to 2 metro - termini and republicca.

Spacious room and near to train/metro station. Breakfast spread is good.

Nice hotel close to the central train station of Rome. Clean room with all amenities.

Cosy room. Close to transport, amenities deceiving as linked with other hotels, spa area not in this hotel but another up the road. Upstairs balcony/ bar not in service anymore but ok for a quiet drink you can take up as self service. Coffee not great, suggest to go elsewhere. Amazing seafood restaurant nearby would highly recommended, SaTanca Crostaceri.

Nice service! No kettle, have to get hot water from the kitchen. 5min walking distance from Roma Termini Train Station.

I love the place, very convenient to the good restaurant, museum, parks. the staff are very accommodating. The room is clean, and they have massage bed which i really enjoy. Thank you so much for the good experience in Rome

The hotel has a good emplacement un the Town near to the train station. The room is spacious and clean. Nice staff.

The location of the hotel is ok. It is walking distance to the Colosseum. Breakfast was great but more than that, the staff were very helpful but the breakfast crew were especially kind and helpful. My room was on the 6th floor and the concierge immediately took my bags upstairs which was wonderful. I’ve been in many hotels in Europe but this one left me with many questions. The room is small… very small; but I had a beautiful balcony. There really was not enough room for two full size suitcases. There was a closet but one door was blocked by the bedside table. The bath …. Good luck 😐 the shower is tight … very tight. The worst part of the entire experience was the annoying tv, even if you mute it, it will tell you it’s muted; it narrates everything and it is awfully annoying. Would I stay here again…. Possibly 😐

Watch out asians, you might get treated racism in front desk, really unpleasant stay! But good location I can’t deny, it’s close to every-way

Excellent botique hotel near Roma Termini. Nice view of crossroad from window. Can open window for nice cool air in the room. Very close to bus stop and metro as well. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by.
