The elevator is very small and it feels that it can only accommodate one person plus a suitcase. Room status: The room is very small. It is difficult to find a suitable place to spread out a large suitcase. It is enough for one person, but it will be a bit crowded for two people. But everything is available, such as TV, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, etc. (I didn't use the TV and air conditioning, so I'm not sure if they are OK). There is a small balcony, which is great! The sound insulation is average. You can hear the sound of the corridor and the street (but there is no sound in these two places late at night), and you can't hear the sound of the next room. The bed is relatively soft, there is no discomfort, the sanitary conditions are average, and it looks relatively old. Service: From check-in to check-out, I only contacted the front desk staff INNO CENZO, who was very enthusiastic and patiently explained the use of the door key, floor key and room card when checking in. I didn't have an adapter for the power socket. I asked the hotel if they had one at first, but they said no. When we met again later, they helped me find an adapter and asked if I needed one. Struttura in posizione strategica per visitare Roma . La metro Ottaviano dista 50 metri, i musei Vaticani a 200 metri , Piazza San Pietro 300 . In zona ci sono negozi e tantissmi Ristoranti tipici dove cenare. Le stanze sono un po piccole, ma pulite e funzionali. La receptionist è stata gentilissima(Anastasia) e attenta a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
