Love the buffer plus one customer order service every morning, included in my reservation. Room/shower space is relatively smaller than average W hotels. Staff are very friendly.

A safe location just behind Intercontinental Rome , walking distance to Spanish Steps , near sightseeing bus stop, The hotel renovated trendy, very friendly staffs , The king size room looked a bit small but completely fulfilled our needs - big makeup mirror , Dyson , food bar ,

Very good and very new hotel. Worth to stay. The room is quite small but the bed is very nice to sleep!

Hotel was very new and clean but very small, would come back next time. swimming pool were way too small, only have a few beds. During our stay I see a lot of outside guests to share such a little space, hotel should have give hotel guests priority to use the pool. Breakfast wasn’t too impressed, 60% of cold dishes, hot food on menu, only offers some eggs and hams, each guest can only order once.

The room is too small for a hotel of this level.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 am. When I checked in, they said the room was not ready. They asked me to upgrade to a hotel that could check in at 10 am. They charged me 120 euros more per day, but I was not upgraded and was given a basic room. They didn't charge me the extra 200 dollars, and the service was poor. During the lunch break, a black man entered our room without even knocking on the door.

The facilities and environment are very good. The bathroom in the hotel is very large, the service attitude is also very good, there are two bottles of water for free, and you can ask the hotel staff to call a taxi for you when you go out. The scenery outside is also very good.

There is almost nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. The room is indeed too small. The bedding is very comfortable. It is about a ten-minute walk from Plaza de España, which is quite convenient.

The W Hotel is very low-key. The rooms are not very big, but it feels like a suite in a small size. It is very surprising. Such a design is worth experiencing once.

W Hotel Rome is more like a boutique hotel, but the service level is acceptable. There is a slope road near the hotel, so it is difficult to get back to the hotel. Some of the streets are uneven and difficult to navigate.
