The room is very small! The hot spring on the top floor is very good! The hotel environment and atmosphere are good, and the breakfast is a set meal.

Although we checked in late, we were soothed by the open-air rose bath. We were lucky that it was only available on certain days of the week. For breakfast, we enjoyed the "Breakfast at the Ryokan." We wanted to drink coffee, so it was good that drip coffee was prepared in the room.

The hot spring was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was completely visible to pedestrians on the street. I was worried about this and couldn't open the curtains during my stay. It's a shame that you can't see the outside view at all, even though the accommodation fee is so high.

嘘をつかれ、最悪でした… 正直、星1つもつけたくありません。 JCBとよく間違われるので、事前に「JTBの旅行券」が使えるか電話で確認したところ、男性スタッフから「使えます」との返事だったのでこちらの宿にしました。 しかし、いざ宿泊し、チェックアウトの時に「使えません」と言われました。 あり得ません。 使えなかったらこちらの宿にしてませんでした。 チェックアウトは女性スタッフでしたが、「JCBなら使えました」とのこと。 こちらは、だからこそ電話で確認していたので、『宿側がそれを言うのか』と、愕然としました。 私は今回の宿泊で、私がシングルマザーで妊娠・出産する事になり大変心労をかけた高齢の母に、日頃の感謝を返したかった…！ なのに、チェックアウトがスムーズにいかなかった事で、「何かトラブルか」「生活費は大丈夫か」「半分出すよ」と、余計に苦労と心配をかけてしまい、恥もかきました。 本当に本当に最悪です。 「対応した者が見つからないので、後日電話します」との事でしたが、見つかったとして、どう責任を取るつもりでしょうか。 また分かり次第次第、追記します。 It seems you had a frustrating experience with a hotel booking due to misinformation about using JTB travel vouchers. My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Wakamizu and in Takarazuka. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Rikyu room, which is traditional Japanese style. They also have western style rooms available, which are the majority of rooms. On the top floor is a wonderful Onsen, with fantastic views of Takarazuka and the surrounding area. Be prepared, women and men use separate Onsens in Japan, and you cannot wear swimsuits into the Onsen. The changing area has many amenities, such as massage chairs. We were very busy and unable to visit the on-site restaurant, but the menu looked very good. I would also recommend the google translator app for visiting Japan, and especially here away from downtown Osaka.

My wife and I stayed one night as a splurge on our Japan trip. We took the train from Kyoto, the hotel was a short walk from the Tarazuka station. We stayed in a "western" suite with a private bath. Our stay was great, the room was large with a great river view, the bath was so relaxing and the staff were friendly.
