Trevi & Pantheon Luxury Rooms

Before I arrived, I received a message from Ekaterina. She was extremely communicative and welcoming in her message. I explained that I would be arriving early from a long flight and journey. She said she would try to give me an early check in. It was a good start! I did arrive around midday and Ekaterina was there to assist my check in. She was very warm and friendly. The location is, well, the location is exceptional! It's a busy and bustling street, just off the main road, so not really so suitable for cars, but as I said, it's a 30 second walk away, so really not bad at all. The room was big enough for me. It was clean, stylish and cool; something I needed in the summer heat! I had a safe for my valuables, hangers for my clothes, drinks in the fridge, so it had everything I needed. I had 1 incident in the afternoon where my air condition seemed to stop working, but that was quickly resolved and Ekaterina was on site to assist me. Everything was smoothly run. I had a package which included breakfast. Breakfast is served in the cafe/restaurant just at the corner. It's actually a beautiful place to sit outside and gaze at the history of Rome! The staff serving breakfast were very helpful and courteous. Everything was perfect. I could walk to my hearts content throughout the morning, have lunch and then go to my room for a siesta to escape the heat, then back out in the evening to enjoy the sights again. I really couldn't ask for me. As I was travelling solo, there was enough space, the service was great and the location was equally great! Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Very good location at the center Small room but clean with a nice bathroom and it was warm enough and we had really hot water Ekaterina was so smiley and helpful But the serious disadvantage is that it is at the 3 floor and there is too too much noise and loud music until 3 in the night We didn’t sleep almost You should make the window maybe

Firstly the positives - the location is great (if you want to be in the centre of things - be aware this area is crazy busy all day) There was some mix up with our room but the woman who ran the place dealt with it well and said we could have drinks out of the mini bar to make up for it. Decor was nice and modern Breakfast was in a lovely cafe round the corner Negatives - this is a guest house and as such, there is no staff there overnight - which is an issue when guests are trying to get in at almost midnight can’t seem to work the lock Also (and I recognise this may not be in the sole control of the owners) there is quite a bit of rubbish in the entrance way to the building which inevitably meant that a rat ran out with us one day

Absolutely fabulous location right in the heart of the city. The communication from the staff was second to none - so helpful and informative. The room was exactly as the photos showed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone. Absolutely first class accommodation!
