Premier Inn Addlestone hotel

Great place to chill for a night or 2. Front desk were very helpful. Let me check in early too. Definitely come back if I’m in the area again

We stayed here before a family wedding, the hotel was easy to find, rooms were large, clean and comfy

… when will you start doing proper family rooms? The quad rooms are always made up of a makeshift bed from the sofa. It’s rock hard and the kids fight over who doesn’t have it. Proper beds even small singles or bunk beds would be so much better. Other than that all good :-)

System made error with our booking along with 3 others turned from multiple night stay to 1 night, all our belongings thrown in different bags, mobile fridge with medicine in left unplugged so medicine had to be thrown, my autistic son went in huge meltdown as someone had touched his things, items missing, our things thrown into cleaning room with other guests things.. disgusting way to be treated no help or offer to help all 3 members of staff acknowledged something had gone wrong as all 4 bookings affected they walked away & hid, we have items missing, medicine affected, embarrassed with trying to get our things together in lobby in front of other,I've chronic illnesses * disabilities ...absolutely shocking service from all, food cold & dry, air con & toilet extractor very noisy none of us had sleep after 4hr drive, next day thorpe park for 9hrs then 5hr drive home...

I travel for work and this was by far the worst stay i have had at a premiere inn. wont be using this hotel again and premiere inn in general will not be considered when booking in the future unless other choices are available.

We come here two/three times a year and are very happy with it, it is always clean, parking is easy and , for us, the location is really good. We do not use the facilities as it does not fit in with our requirements, so cannot fairly comment, but the rooms are perfect for us!

Blood stained pillows in the room was frankly disgusting. Customers had to clean tables at breakfast as staff were nowhere to be found until reception had been buzzed 3 times and even then incredibly slow going and staff member playing on his phone whilst cleaning which meant there were people waiting for a long time.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting and the lack of staff was apparent at meal time. Will never return to this particular hotel.

Rang up before booking was made told interconnecting rooms were available and would be out straight into those rooms to ring up again to confirm to be told this has not been done but will be now so it was definitely done to turn up and be told no your not in those rooms as this was for my daughters birthday I’m really disappointed and to top it off after having over a 4 hour drive having to sleep on a sofa was not a good night sleep to have to do another 4 hour drive the next day. Found a box of paracetamol under the sofa which wouldn’t be so bad but if I had young children with me it would be different.
