Everything excellent as always,, however would prefer vegetarian option rather than vegan... maybe yo could just offer vegan on request. a children's menu would be nice or even a choice of a couple of plain foods i.e. snitzel/goujons/vurst and fries as sometimes you don't need five courses

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The bar service in the lobby area needs improvement. It would be great if half board guests were able to choose where they would like to eat on a couple of nights during the week. Five courses are great, but sometimes you just need a break from the fine dining

This was our 5th visit to the Saalbacher Hof. It is an excellent hotel. It is always a pleasure to go back. The location is perfect close to all the lifts, the rooms are well appointed and the public areas are all very good. There is a large boot room. Most of all, the service from the staff is excellent as is the food. We will be back in 2025.

We stayed at the Saalbacher Hof for a 1 week ski/snowboard trip, the hotel & staff were welcoming from the moment we walked through the front door & it stayed that way for the whole trip. We upgraded our room to a double deluxe which was very comfortable & spacious. While there we had a birthday within our group & the hotel & staff were fantastic in making it more memorable. Food was amazing all week with a great breakfast & wonderful evening dinner. Spa, pool, bars, restaurant were all great. Massive thanks to Hotel & all the Staff helping make this a fantastic stay & trip.

Wow! What a lovely hotel, great facilities and wonderful staff. It was our first time skiing in Austria and the level with this hotel, the staff, the food has been set very high. The hotel has easy access, v good standard / sized bedrooms, acceptable gym, good pool, sauna etc, and a spacious “boot and ski” room. Located in the heart of the town, meant we walked to the slopes and had lots of other bars and shops easily available. The staff are so professional, dedicated but also fun! The watering team are exceptional and take a huge personal interest, so dietary needs are known and easily resolved. Henry is great! The bar staff were a joy to be with. A cosmopolitan team but all had a smile, a desire to serve and chat. Steffi tried to teach me German, and she had a lot of patience! The hotel food is exceptional and you will not go hungry! We will definitely return.

what should have been a nice holiday ended in a disappointment where management does not pay attention to criticism the family room would be fine for 3 children, but in practice the bed wobbles and my daughter slept on a mattress on the floor for 6 nights. We also received confirmation that we would sleep in a quiet room.....at 5.30 am the garbage was collected and the hotel was also supplied, which also woke us up considerably from our sleep. the food is really inedible. strange combinations such as the wine list. New Year's Eve was a complete mockery and the children also had to eat fried squid for EUR 115 per person, which even the parents did not dare to swallow. really terrible the quality of the kitchen. In addition, I have never paid so much for a hotel, but the price-quality ratio is really below par and I feel completely cheated. what is much more annoying is the tension that is clearly noticeable between management and staff. the management is really scandalous with scolding staff and guests are also insulted. Nothing was done with the criticism we cited, which means that we left very dissatisfied and never want to have anything to do with this organization again. my advice; stay away and spread the word

Séjour en groupe , du 1 au 8 octobre 2023, Hôtel de charme et raffiné, Comme je les apprécie, Suivant un régime végétarien, des plats travaillés, de qualités. Hôtel très propre, avec un personnel irréprochable. SPA de qualité. La seule amélioration que je recommanderai, et de dispatcher une à deux tables à pains supplémentaires, car certaines personnes, souvent indisciplinées, vous passes de tous les côtés. Hôtel bien situé, Patronne sympathique, Chambres bien conçues, Idéal pour passer du bon temps Mr B. J.

Excellent hotel in a very good position in the village with easy access to cable cars and the local bus which are free with the Joker Card supplied by the hotel. The food in the dining room is very good and very well presented and the staff is, mostly from other EU countries, is friendly and very helpful. There is also a nice outside and inside swimming pool with jacuzzi with saunas and steam rooms.
