La résidence est bien cependant horaires d’entrée et horaires de sortie trop juste. La piscine est bien dommage que prix du parking ne soit pas compris dans la prestation. Attention quand même aux alarmes déclenchée par matériel jugé état moyen «.

Bien la piscine chauffée, la propreté, la proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Le matelas est bien. Mauvais: pas d'accès à la piscine pour les PMR, l'odeur dans la chambre, les petits déjeuners (aller à la boulangerie), impossibilité de replier le canapé, le peu d'espace de rangement. Le studio est bien pour une seule personne. Pas de possibilité de rester jusqu'à 15H00. Je suis restée 4H00 sur le transat de la piscine alors qu'il faisait froid et que je suis handicapée.

Très bonne localisation, personnel fort sympathique, super propre, spacieux, salle de bain peu équipée: pas de porte gel douche, gel douche vendu 1€ la dose après 1 dose gratuite, tout comme le café 1€ la dose après 1 dose gratuite par séjour, c’est un peu chiche et pourrait etre amélioré.

La résidence a tout pour plaire (idéalement située, piscine chauffée, le personnel est au petit soin ...). En revanche, gros bémol sur les climatiseurs encrassés et l'absence de grille d'évacuation des eaux sur le balcon. Commencer ses vacances en voyant la jambe de son enfant coincée n'est pas idéal.

Stayed here over a week in a one bedroom appartment. I enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment is well equipped (especially enjoyed yhe washing machine as we were on a longer trip). All appliances were on good shape, there was a good set of dishes and a good size fridge. The appartment was of very good size, one thing to note is that the bedroom was upstairs from the rest of the appartment. The bedroom had an ensuite shower (no toilet upstairs). Good air conditioning, nice balcony, well working WiFi. Very nice pool (although you have to wear a bracelet during all of your stay for access) and a very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Location in Saint Leu is good and central for the town, but also the location of Saint Leu is convenient for exploring the island. Note that is you want the appartment to be cleaned during your stay, it's of extra charge.

Bon accueil, l'emplacement et l'hôtel sont très bien. Par contre le fait d'être proche de la zone touristique, et un isolation insuffisante, c'était assez bruyant. Un manque d'information à notre arrivée, notamment comment se procurer des capsules pour la machine à café.

Espace piscine agréable bien que restreint et rapidement occupé.Il faut arriver tôt pour avoir un transat. Pas de restauration,j'ai du me faire livrer pour ne pas avoir à sortir ,et attendre à l'extérieur. La chambre est bien équipée et la literie confortable. La réception devrait être ouverte 24/24 au vu de la fréquentation de l'établissement,et des animations aux alentours.
