Avoid if you want good service. Very disappointing as good position on slope if you want to ski in and out but appalling service - or rather lack of it. Reception, cleaner, safety post-Covid and sound proofing is non-existent. Will never book again. Long walk to restaurants and vegans can't eat here and they don't provide vegan food for breakfast. We are vegan to try to help climate change and for our health.

Slechte service. Onze auto werd beschadigd in hun parking (met valet parking) en ondanks dat er camera's hangen ontkennen ze hun verantwoordelijkheid. Heb al verschillende keren contact opgenomen zonder serieuze reactie en zonder resultaat. Mauvais service. Notre voiture a été endommagée sur leur parking (avec voiturier) et malgré la présence de caméras, ils nient leur responsabilité. J'ai déjà contacté plusieurs fois sans réponse sérieuse et sans résultats. Bad service. Our car was damaged in their parking lot (with valet parking) and despite there being cameras, they deny their responsibility. I have already contacted several times without a serious response and without results.

C'est toujours un bonheur de revenir au Pashmina. Comme à chacun de nos séjours dans cet hôtel nous sommes toujours très bien accueillis, le service est excellent. Les chambres sont très confortables et magnifiquement décorées. Bravo à toute l'équipe !

Absoluut tophotel, op letterlijk alle vlakken. Maar vooral, nog steeds gezellig, huiselijk, persoonlijk... en belangrijk: "Totaal NIET HAUTAIN", zoals de meeste 5 sterrenhotels ! Het voelt gewoon goed om er te "zijn". Deze eigenaars en het management snappen perfect hoe het moet, en slagen erin om deze visie perfect over te brengen naar alle medewerkers, die allemaal een vriendelijke topservice bieden. Echt, elk jaar thuiskomen !

We have just left Pashmina after a wonderful stay of 4 nights. I only have positive feedback and your staff were exceptional (please let them know). The bar staff, restaurant staff, ski shop, cleaners, transport drivers (to and from town), reception desk were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in great condition (and I have been lucky enough to stay in many 5 star hotels) and I would highly recommend everyone to stay there if you’re lucky enough. 😊

Chaque séjour nous donne envie de revenir… À ce stade, on peut parler d’addiction au Pashmina. Encore cette année, un immense merci à chaque personne du staff : que ce soit le très abordable directeur, chaque membre de l’équipe du restaurant Base Camp (petits-déjeuners et dîners), le service en chambre, les voituriers, le ski-shop… Chaque personne est là pour nous permettre de passer séjour sportif et ressourçant

Une fois de plus, excellent séjour en famille au Pachmina ! Nous sommes retournés au Pashmina pour la troisième année consécutive et avons passé, en famille, une semaine qui a répondu pleinement à nos attentes. Cet hôtel est un véritable écrin. Tout le personnel est au service du client pour que celui-ci passe un séjour exceptionnel, ce qui est le cas. Les repas sont particulièrement fins. Le service à table combine esprit familial et grande attention vis à vis du client. Une prestation de très haut niveau qui permet de décompresser totalement. Bravo, merci à toute l'équipe et à l'année prochaine !

Seul 5 étoiles ouvert à Val Thorens sur la fin de saison 2024. Le propriétaire a tout compris sur le service client, Bravo … Aucune fausse note, nous avons adoré cet écrin niché sur les hauteurs. Les petits déjeuners et repas sont d’une grande qualité et l’ambiance au bar très chaleureuse, mention spéciale pour le groupe BLISS. La déco de cet établissement est à la fois moderne et montagnarde. Pas de doute, nous sommes accueillis par des amoureux des hauts sommets . Nous reviendrons ça c’est certain Un grand merci

Avec un enfant de 3 ans et ma femme enceinte, je pensais que la réussite d'un séjour au ski était un peu risqué. Le Pashmina a transformé l'essai au delà de nos attentes. Chacun a pu profiter du séjour dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Très beau séjour dans un hôtel au design moderne et avec un service attentionné. Les plus : front de neige, la carte variée et excellente, le restaurant étoilé, le spa intérieur et extérieur, l'ambiance familiale, le service, le service, le service. Les moins : je ne vois pas.
