Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. В целом , отель шикарный , обслуживание на высоте, 5+! Советуем.

На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

Итак, как и обещала «руководству» отеля, возвращаюсь со своим «замечательным» отзывом. В конце ‘22 года было принято решение отметить новый год в Санкт-Петербурге. Основной критерий выбора отеля был наличие парковки, собственно на этом плюсы пребывания в Карелине закончились. Теперь по порядку. При брони несколько раз звонили в отель, уточняя нужные детали, было важно чтобы матрас был цельным, нам сказали, укажите пожелания в комментариях к брони и все будет, утверждая, что инфо 100%. Указали, 30.12 приехали. Нас встретил абсолютно никакой, потасканный ресепшн, но ладно, лишь бы номер был ок. Пошли в номер, вход осуществляется через жилой, обшарпанный подъезд с Вознесенского. Заходим в номер: ⁃ жутко холодно ⁃ ремонт уставший ⁃ МАТРАС (единственная, по сути, просьба) не цельный, а два одиночных. Идем на ресепшн, мы бронировали другое, для нас это было важно, как мы можем решить эту проблему? Администратор на ресепшене неохотно сказала, что никак, потом попыталась что-то «придумать». Переселила нас в другой номер, а окна выходят на Вознесенский и шум такого уровня, будто у тебя открыты буквально все окна. Не то что спать будет невозможно, а даже комфортно тихо общаться. Снова идем на ресепшн, говорим, что жить в таком номере невозможно. На что администратор говорит это все, что есть, у меня сегодня еще заедут гости, так что другие варианты с цельным матрасом вам не доступны) интересно, то есть гостям, кто указывал этот пункт при броне - нет. А другим гостям - да. С учетом того, что было 30.12 забронировать номер в другом месте было проблематично и хотелось решить вопрос на месте. В итоге, нам предлагают номер уровнем ниже, он меньше и в него не входят халаты, только доп стоимость. Стало смешно, уточнили, возможно ли дать нам халаты, с учетом того, что ошибка произошла на стороне отеля и это может быть предоставлено как компенсация. Ответ - нет, хотите халаты, платить 300 руб. за штуку. Клиентоориентированность топ, очень чувствуется как отель нацелен на комфорт гостей. Это было поразительно😂 не столько нужны эти халаты, или жалко было заплатить 300 руб. сколько факт отношения) Для отеля, предоставить гостю халат не несёт абсолютно никаких расходов. Ладно, вернёмся к этому вопросу позже (к слову, мы не сказали, что нам нужны халаты, принесите-мы заплатим), но нам принесли эти халаты по собственному желанию. Что касается номера стандарт (изначально был делюкс): -очень маленький -одежду хранить негде, ни одной полки, все вещи лежали на подоконниках, где сырели от влажности -НИ ОДНОЙ розетки около кровати, на весь номер впринципе одна зона розетки, под ненужным телевизором, плюс ванная комната -душевая кабина устроена таким образом, что после того, как в душ сходило два человека подряд, вода разлилась в коридор словно потоп -Когда 31.12 попросили бокалы для шампанского, нам принесли два разных и отвратительно грязных бокала -из не ужасного, в отеле есть утюг 😂 но дело в том, что из-за отсутствия розетки, ты не можешь погладить
