Это место настоящий оазис спокойствия и европейской утонченности в Северной столице. Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. Hotel is good , location first of all, and rooms. Great hotel with impeccable location. It is located right in the center of the attraction, 300 meters from the Kazan Cathedral, also from the Savior on Spilled Blood, 50 meters from the subway, and on the right there are restaurants, Starbucks, bakeries, and shops. We lived in a comfortable room with air conditioning and a view of the church, which was perfect. The room is big, beautiful and fresh. There is courtesy table in a room somewhere in hotel that does tea I believe but I do prefer to have this facility in my room No mirror by plug sockets made it difficult to do hair Also as this was my 50th birthday gift from my mum we had notified hotel. They promised a complimentary gift on arrival which did not happen. My mum did try to order champagne and was told that they didn’t put complimentary in room as my bd was a week after we depart!!!! It’s my big 50 which I was celebrating with my mum. I found this quite rude. My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!

The location is very good, very close to the Winter Palace and the Cathedral of the Spilled Blood. On the edge is Nevsky Avenue and the hotel is the Neva River. The traffic is very convenient, with less than 150 rubles per uber (15 or so). Breakfast is an ordinary Russian breakfast, egg fried bread and milk coffee. The taste is generally 7-11 points. You can drive in. The only downside is that it is relatively small. But we are always in the room as well. The cleaner lady will always help us to pack the room when we go out, and it will give the kind of clothes. If you don't like other people to touch your own things, don't throw clothes like me. By the way, wifi is a bit slow, and the estimate of watching TV is not good. I wish everyone a pleasant trip.
