As a transit stop for this European tour, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lyon for one night. It is in the suburbs of Lyon and the surroundings are quiet and suitable for self-driving. The hotel has a rich breakfast and free parking. As a transit stop, it is a good choice.
