I booked this hotel thinking it was one of Urawa's best hotels, but the bathtub was plugged and filled with water. I was disappointed. Also, the 12 o'clock check-out time is a nice feature, but the cleaning noises from next door were so loud I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Also, being next to the train tracks might bother some people because of the early morning train noise. It's a shame, as I was planning to stay here regularly for a long time.
