El hotel no tienes todos incluido como era anteriormente. El servicio que ofrecen no es igual aunque elija full board porque eliminaron todas las animaciones y el bar de la playa. Tampoco ofrece los servicios de los restaurantes para hacer reservaciones. La playa no tiene control porque los locales y los del hotel estaban todos juntos en la misma área y los parasoles estaban ocupado con los locales. Debieran asegurarse que las habitaciones esté todos funcionando bien antes de reservarlas porque el aire no funcionaba bien, la cafetera de de hacer café no trabajaba. No volvería hasta que regresen a all inclusive porque las personas que viajan del exterior se le hace complicados salir afuera a buscar opciones.

Bonito Hotel, muy bien ubicado, hermosos paisajes, grande, habitaciones cómodas, buenas vistas, muy buena comida, altamente recomendable, ya no pertenecerá mas a la cadena Bahía Príncipe, espero que los nuevos dueños mantengan este hermoso hotel y lo mejoren, que vuelva a ser todo incluido, ya que la calidad de la comida es buena.

Aucun repos possible lit inconfortable à ressort , plage public rempli de fetards et enfants locaux qui crient! Dommage bel emplacement , propre et bon service. Je ne recommande pas! Bruits cloches cries personnes mal éduquées. Je suis venue ici pour reposer et c’est impossible

Hotel tranquilo y con un personal excelente en todo momento, atento para atender tus necesidades. El área de buffet con muy buena presentación y variedad de alimentos con excelente calidad y sabor. La gerente del hotel una persona muy joven pero con grandes cualidades humanas y de gerencia.

Todo lo que puedo decir del hotel es positivo. - Ubicación(a 5 minutos del centro andando) - Vistas espectaculares - Piscinas y playa muy cuidado. - Comidas de buena calidad y variada - Habitaciones en buen estado. - Amabilidad del personal. Si tengo que poner algo negativo sería: - Aun estando el hotel con poca gente nos dieron una habitación con vistas horribles(encima de un tejado del propio hotel). - Acceso ascensor desde la playa cerraba a las 19:00.

It was our first trip to Dominican Republic. Very happy to choose this place! Extremely peaceful, convenient and awesome views! We are very satisfied with food quality and choice! The resort has all necessary facilities, the staff is friendly, the beach is cleaned and the water is warm and shallow. 7 days just flew so fast, hope we will be able to return again once))

El complejo está muy bien. Personal muy agradable. Comida muy buena y buena situación Pedir una habitación sin ruido, nosotros estábamos encima de donde ponían la música y hasta q no la quitaban, no se podía descansar, menos mal q sobre las 23:00 la quitaban. Mucho CUIDADO con hacer la reserva a través de su call center. La hice el día anterior a ir, me llego correo de confirmación de reserva y pago y cuando llego al hotel, estaba cancelada. No me lo arreglaron hasta el día siguiente y gracias al personal de la recepción. Mande más de 20 correos a bahia principe para intentar solucionarlo y todavía, más de 10 días después, no he recibido respuesta...unos impresentables

This has been a truly wonderful vacation. I bought the almost all inclusive and I can’t tell what is not included! The lobby bar is a peaceful place for pre-dinner cocktails, the pool always has chaises available. The breakfast and dinner restaurant has lots of choices and we have never gone hungry. The lunch restaurant serves huge meals and we have found that at midday all we really want is fruit and/or ice cream. Too hot for much more than that! The hotel is exceptionally clean (except the pool itself). The beach was very disappointing and it’s worth doing at least one or two excursions to other beaches in the area. We did two excursions: whale watching half day, and national park/caves/beach. Both tours were exceptional! We would like to thank Enmundo (air Canada rep), Maria at the front desk (an angel and a delight!), Victor who works at the restaurants (who is very professional, and attentive), the bar tenders (Esteban at the Lobby bar and someone whose name I didn’t catch at the pool bar) who are always smiling and make great banana mamas! The one thing I wish was that the tourists would tip more. I realize it’s not part of every other culture, and some others think that because it’s all-inclusive (or almost), tipping is not required. Given how hard the employees work, how little they get paid, it’s a nice token. We left $3 for our maid daily, $3 at breakfast and lunch, and $5 at dinner. $5 from each of us for half day excursion and $10 for full day. We always tipped the bartenders too. USD only. They can’t use Canadian coins.

Truly spectacular place. We loved ALL of the Super friendly and helpful staff. The pool, beach, restaurant, location, and room with beautiful views were just what we were looking for. Thank you to everyone that helped make our stay so amazing!!!
