Come at night. A friendly girl met at the respiratory. Even feeded off the road a delicious dinner. There was a breakfast in the Swedish table format for the morning. We offered eggs, chicken or omlet from hot. The room was clean. Comfortable and large bed. A large room with its bathroom. In general we liked it all, we'll come back again.

At that point I was with the child and the mother - the pensioner was on the way. I put the money, the cost was written off, nobody called back after that and I had to make it clear if everything was in place. I was answered, the money was written off, everything was okay. The next day when we arrived in the morning, I was shocked. Don't look at the photo of the hotel, these pictures of years 10-20, no less. The girl on the respiratory didn't even look at us when we came near, sat chewing some food, behind there was a bunch of dirty plates, flying flies. I said we were on the settlement. I answer: And che, wait 14:00. To be honest, I have this ham-like attitude for the first time. This is given that I have a child and a pensioner mom, everyone is just not interested. I asked if I could settle earlier, I was categorically answered: we don't have rooms, I said. I asked to cancel the booking or move it for one day from August 17 to August 18. What she called the manager, after she said, nothing can be done. Dear visitors, never!!! Under no circumstances choose this hotel if you want a hammer relationship to yourself and anti-sanitation. A girl with a respiratory must be taken away and maybe then you will have customers. The best thing you could do was look for a different hotel, given this attitude towards visitors.

Проживала с семьёй в люксе. Светлый и чистый номер: 2 подушки на каждого и очень мягкие одеяла. После прекрасного проведенного дня, очень приятно полежать и расслабиться в ванной. Хотелось отметить завтрак в отеле, можно сказать индивидуальный. Я веган и, что меня удивило, мне предоставили завтрак исключительно под мое питание. Приятно! Ну, а по локации отеля, одни плюсы. Тихое место, закрытая территория со своей большой парковкой. Есть места для отдыха, лавочки. Можно посидеть вечерком и просто слушать пение птиц и наслаждаться свежим воздухом. Спасибо !

Book this hotel because I was in a hurry (never had a choice) and the hotel has the highest rating. I took as usual one double room with a double bed. I want to warn those who will also come. The room was very small: there was no dressing locker, just a hanging locker on the wall, there was no corridor, entered, divided, sat/laid on the bed, because there was no other seat! The only chair is clogged between the wall table and the bed. It is necessary to be ready for this! I had to eat in the room at an uncomfortable table in front of the TV, as in the common kitchen, of course, other people. Choosing ready sets of breakfast/dinner is scarce - peelmen/varenics/egg. The plumbing is good, the bed is kind, the pastel is clean white - no questions. The administrators are polite, pleasant, punctual, but the one that accompanied me was clearly not ready for the paperwork, did everything wrong, could not fix it. The location of the hotel is not close to the main attractions of Samara - the embankment, the museum of space. The view from the window to the road and the abandoned forest strip, so you can't sit with an open or even unstepped window in your cell. In general, think well before choosing this place to live.
