Un muy buen hotel, recomendable si quieres ir a descansar a San Andrés. Excelente ubicación. El poder visitar otros 5 hoteles de la cadena fue genial, nosotros lo aprovechamos mucho. La habitación con vista al mar que escogimos fue una excelente opción; en General buenas instalaciones del hotel aunque ya es necesario renovar algunas de ellas.

Mal servicio de las personas encargadas de asignación de habitaciones sobre todos de la coordinadora de atención al huésped. Actitud demasiado displicente y grosera para con cliente usa comentarios como que eso fue lo que contrató entonces debe esperarse.

No es top, Buena vista al mar, buena comida, cerca al centro, falta mejorar en mantenimiento y calidad de atención al usuario. Podría ser mejor, y explotar su ubicación e infraestructura. Los cócteles normales, podrían ser mejor. Muy aseado para no afectar el entorno.

The buffet was average at best , the juice were awful and water down!.
The staff was ok at best.
The view was beautiful and the restaurant with reservation was good portion were smal. But very good

El peor hotel, la atención desde que llegamos fue pésima, nos tocó días de lluvias y no tiene instalaciones adecuadas para pasar el tiempo. la comida de lo peor, las instalaciones viejas y muy deterioradas Personal pésimo para atender grupos grandes

Very expensive due to the price, very old hotel and a very bad atmosphere, when I arrived there was a smell like fish, I had a different expectation for the food, I thought I was going to enjoy very much, I did but not in the hotel not coming back to this one.
