I have been to San Antonio countless times and stayed in the best hotels around the world, and Hotel Emma is right up there with the best. The staff is not only friendly and professional, but go out of their way to show you around and make helpful suggestions--like how to buy the lovely bath products, or where to find coffee or a latte. I can't wait to come back here with my boyfriend and enjoy the charming ambiance again.

From the first greeting at the valet stand to the service of getting to your room and beyond. Hands down and amazing expereince. Marcus helped us when we arrived and introduced us to the hotel. Front desk, hous keeping, exceptional bedding, and room. The renovation kept the mystique of the brewery while providing a contemporary feel. Take the time to order a martini, Manhattan and a lemon drop from the bar. This hotel is exceptional!

Excellent Valentine Day dinner, fantastic meal and great service. Wine pairing was spot on with all courses. One of the best dinner date options in San Antonio. Proximity to the Pearl competes a great opportunity for a special dinner date.

Hotel Emma never disappoints! The hotel is beautiful the atmosphere is incredible and the staff is always on the lookout to please. River Cellar Rooms have great natural light. Don't miss the pool if on a hot San Antonio Day and dinner at Supper is a must!

Hotel Emma is gorgeous! And the staff is superb. Housekeeping is excellent and the restaurant staff is helpful and charming. The library is wonderful and we spent a lot of time in the comfy chairs having coffee or a cocktail and reading. Hotel Emma is luxury experience and well worth the cost. Highly recommended.

Hotel Emma is our favorite getaway! The moment you walk in and the signature scent hits your nose, you know you are in for a treat! It has the best rooms with an amazing bathtub and bath salts. The turn down service with macrons is delightful. And the bar and pool are perfect retreats during your stay.

Unbelievable hotel. Staff service is outstanding. Breakfast was included with our room and my wife had the French toast all four mornings—it was that good. Paul, our waiter for breakfast, was extremely friendly and his outstanding service made the meals even better. Had to use the house car to go to a nearby pharmacy (it was pouring rain) and Michael the valet was also outstanding Great location. Beautiful hotel

Loved staying at the Emma! Phenomenal location and service! The library is a great place to work and the entire staff is attentive to serve. Looking forward to staying there again in the near future! Rooms are comfortable and due to location great options to eat.
