We appreciated that the hotel was clean and quiet even with a conference going on.

The service attitude of the staff is very good. There are free fruits and water on the first floor for you to take. It is very quiet at night and there is no noise. The only drawback is that the facilities are slightly old, but it does not affect the use. The bed is very comfortable and I like it. I will Will go back and live again! correct! Pet-friendly ~ I like that too!

I was charged parking fee the fact was that I did not drive car and just took Lyft and Uber during my stay.

Hotel looked remodeled. Friendly staff. You do hear when other rooms are using water but we were barely in the room to care too much. There is a parking charge which is also a huge bummer but becoming pretty standard unfortunately. Wouldn’t stay again for what we paid but nice and clean hotel.

Very good hotel. There is a kitchen, convenient. The room is large. Breakfast is also very good. The environment is very good and very comfortable. It is close to Sea World, Zoo and other places.

In the middle of the night, I want a toothbrush to go to the lobby and say that I was taken by other households. I have to wait until 6 in the morning. The parking lot elevator has also been broken and has been repaired. I don't know if I am bad luck or the hotel itself.

I booked this hotel because I had a meeting in the opposite hotel. The ratings on Ctrip were good but the actual situation was still a little bit off. The sanitary conditions of the room were average. The cup was covered with a paper cover but there was still water in it. The air conditioner is particularly loud and the heating effect is average. There is plenty of parking for an extra $ 30 per night. The included breakfast is in Bunz and it tastes ok. Not expensive, just the level of a motel. May consider another hotel if staying again next time

There is a bar in the lobby, a convenience store, and a business lounge for members. There is no alcohol, only drinks and fruits. 🏠 Room: spacious and bright, with good hygiene. The bedding is very comfortable, and the curtains have good shading effect to ensure the quality of sleep. The bathroom is very new, except that there are no disposable items, (you can ask the front desk for lotion, combs, etc.) everything else is very good. All in all, highly recommended! Very friendly hotel. Because I didn't get a free room upgrade, my parking fee was waived, thank you very much!

I really liked the layout of the room and having a full kitchen with amenities was an absolute plus. Next time I would prepare a meal there.

Bathrooms need to be updated. Shower was old and looked dirty and there were areas that seemed to have mold. The pools were good for kids. They offered s’mores only for one hour which was not convenient for our schedule so we didn’t experience. Curtains weren’t blackout which is difficult when you have small children and lots of light comes in.
