Amazingly comfortable and clean hotel - excellent view from the room towards the bay. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful recommending things to do and storing baggage until departure after checkout.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many sightseeing nearby.

I have stayed at room 1620, AC is too noisy and not working properly. There is also some sound with fire dedicator which should be inspected! Another point during mu booking I have put comment that possibility of having window opening option, during check in I have asked specifically for it, I was confirmed that window of 1620 opens slightly, unfortunately it didn’t!

The location is very good, next to Union Square. The room size is OK, the bedding is good, the bathroom is not too big, but it is also good. The breakfast service is good, but there are too few options. The restaurant's food is very good, you can try it. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The hotel is located next to Union Square, which is a relatively safe location. The hotel staff are courteous and the service is first-rate. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there is drinking water. However, you can hear squeaking noises when the wind is strong in the morning.

After experiencing the epidemic, Union Square has changed a lot now. Many nearby shops have closed and it still has not returned to normal. But returning to the Grand Hyatt is still the same as before, it feels very much like home and feels 100% safe!

Not very good, there were dirt on the bed sheets, two bloodstains, and we changed the room after checking in. There are a lot of vagrants around, especially when you turn left at the McDonald's, the facilities are old, the breakfast restaurant is small, and there are often queues

The location is excellent, just 2 blocks away from the Tianxia Weigong Archway in Chinatown, and there is a cable car station downstairs. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service.

The sound insulation is very poor, you can actually hear the people talking next door at night, and the air conditioner makes a loud noise, disturbing your dreams. The ceiling would rattle when it was windy at night, which made people feel uncomfortable! The receptionist's attitude was extremely unfriendly which night I stayed! Others are fine.
