Not a bad place to stay for the price. It isn't the lap of luxury but it is cozy.

In the city center, the transportation is convenient and you can check in in advance. There are some homeless people around. You have to swipe your room card at the hotel door to enter at night, which ensures safety. The old hotel looks good, but the room facilities are old.

What a great experience. The service was very good and helped me a lot. The location is great. The reception staff were very friendly and the overall experience felt respected. I look forward to staying here again next time.

Good service, good location, good rooms

The hotel is very good in all aspects, and the location is excellent. It is only 4-5 minutes walk from Powell station, less than 10 minutes walk from union square, and a few minutes walk from Dangdang bus departure station. The service is also very good, the shower button in the bathroom came within a few minutes, and then the manager came to confirm (we didn't get the switch right), the room was also quite clean, the only downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit outdated.

I chose this hotel because I saw it was a 5-star rating. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The king size was set, and the double size bed was given on the first day. The room was very small, and it was second after the feedback from Ctrip. Changed a room every day. This room is really indescribable. The room is on the 5th floor. There is no glass. I heard the whistling wind one night. I opened the window in the morning and found that there was no glass. The whole room is like a motel that has been open for a hundred years.

Area was good nice and safe. The building I noticed it was older the AC didn’t work and our lights kept turning on and off. Overal good price staff was nice.

For the price it was alright, staff wasn’t to friendly. Lobby smelt like pee. Transients everywhere. Would not take my kids here.

The service is fine and the location is quite good in the San Francisco downtown. However, every time I try to open the room with the card keys provided, it did not work, so we had to request the card reset literally everyday!! This damages the hotel's reputation. It ******.

Not the best, not the worst. It's an old hotel, and smells like people have smoked in it for a hundred years. The air conditioning is some old contraption, and maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, and a bed is a bed at times. No frills.

Wasn’t told I had to pay parking separate! When you book a hotel parking is included! I want a refund for my parking! Frustrating
