Clean and quiet room. Enjoy shower with consistent warm water.

We got charged a few extras on arrival called destination fee which wasn't clear when booking. It didn't give us any extra benefits for the money not worth it but had to pay it.

I had some initial problem with my booking but there were very good to solve them . Be aware there are renovation works happening at the time of this review and it can get noisy . The hotel and trip.com helped me with my feedback.

The hotel has a great location, great front desk service, and a cozy room. It would be even better if there was a microwave!

5 minutes walk to Fisherman's Wharf, very convenient

Fisherman's Wharf is a famous tourist attraction and can be reached within walking distance from the hotel. There are also many delicious foods around, including a variety of seafood dinners and fast food to meet different needs.

This is such a rubbish hotel. Don't book it. They collected a deposit of 100 USD from me when I arrived, and authorized my bank card. When I checked out, they said they would return the remaining 99.5 USD (deposit) to me within three days. However, from July 9 to today, July 27, they still haven't returned it to me. I checked with the bank and they said it's still under authorization. The bank said that if the merchant doesn't release the authorization within one month, the money will be automatically deducted. This is such a shady merchant. I'm back in China now, and it's not convenient to communicate by phone. It's really outrageous. I wanted Ctrip to communicate and coordinate, but I could never get through to Ctrip's human resources. It's really too much.

On the way to Huajie, the surrounding environment is nice.

Nice hotel. The location is very close to the pier and Flower Street. The jingle bus is not far away. The breakfast service is very good. The only drawback is that parking is too expensive.
