Overall it's a good hotel
The room is not too small and the toilet is huge and clean
Sound insulation is good, no noise was heard
The neighborhood is pretty clean
The guy at the front desk who checked in at night kept smiling and had a good service attitude.
Later, I went to pick up my luggage at noon the next day. What on earth was that girl doing because of burnout? :) She even dropped my computer. Her quality was worrisome.

The room is not big, only a few blocks away from union square
Go out of the hotel towards Union Square, and in the opposite direction is the homeless gathering place.
There is the sound of fire trucks🚒 every night, it’s so noisy!

Checked in around 10 pm room was on the 9th floor hallways are a bit tiny rooms were cleaned everyday very friendly staff helped when I needed assistance with towels and silverware
