Nice Hotel !

Lacking service, attitude and soul. This place feels death.

The room is relatively large and well-equipped

Staff was nice they had a 24 hr little area to get snacks and drinks which was nice. Restaurant was super overpriced but the burger was delicious

Staff service can improve. Good breakfast. Very good beds to sleep. Must clean up the staircase leading to the Parking. Smells urine. Location is good. Please don’t sell water bottles for $3 when the same bottle is available outside for $25 cents. Not fair business. Thanks.

The location in the conference center is the best feature. The staff were nice, hotel was clean, and the location was fantastic. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area.

At what either would be the starting or the end of the riverwalk. Quiet as the real nose started a 1/2 block away. Bed was comfy We had a riverwalk view, which was very nice. Guvibg you the lights of the riverwalk while having a glass of wine on the balcony

It has direct access to the convention center, so it was ideal to stay there for the conference

Everything was delightful! The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was plentiful and easy. The room was tastefully appointed and everything worked except the USB charger built into the lamp on the bedside table and the light on the bathroom make-up mirror.

Great hotel, but was disappointed that the King we booked wasn’t available - we ended up with a room with 2 queen beds
