I stayed at TreeCasa Hotel & Resort and, unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by their advertising. The buffet breakfast was particularly disappointing—you pay for it, but you’re only allowed to go through the buffet once. To make matters worse, they send someone to watch over your table, which felt awkward, uncomfortable, and honestly, very cheap for a place that markets itself as a resort. The receptionist was unwelcoming and seemed more preoccupied with his cellphone than with assisting guests, giving the impression that customer service is not a priority. Additionally, while the resort advertises amenities like horseback riding and spa massages, neither of these were available during my stay. Apparently, they require advance booking so they can bring someone from the city, which was inconvenient and misleading. Overall, the place felt more like a fancy pool hangout rather than a genuine resort experience. It’s more of a tourist trap than a relaxing getaway. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just looking for a pool day.
