David was very friendly and helpful in booking our room, while Pedro went out of his way to arrange with kitchen staff a gluten-free meal for me (I am celiac). Maria, the owner, was friendly and welcoming as well. Our room was very clean and furnished beautifully, with a terrific view of the monastery. Both meals we ate there were delicious.
