Terrible experience with the customer service advisor (Flavia) I was there for vacation with my son with autism for one week,she was constantly abused me by phone threatening me before I left because I was resting outside with my son before I was heading my day to the airport.staff was miserable and unfriendly in there a part Luisa,I won’t recommend this place ,electric shattered broker twice first time was fixed they removed the top and should bring back to put together but it’s broker again.hot tub was dirty sand in the bottom we couldn’t use,not enough staff to clean ,the maintenance does everything included garding cleaning ect ect.

Worst customer service I’ve had, I came here with my autistic son and the staff aren’t understanding about autism and just think of their business. I left with sadness in my heart I was upset of how we were treated unfairly making us leave and rush even though we had late flight, they don’t know worldwide customer service unfortunately
